St. Jude Heritage Medical Group - La Habra

I hate places that find a way to bill you even when you went somewhere within your network. I paid my co payment and somehow got a bill for 25$ after? Never been anywhere where I get a bill for anything more than my co pay for a normal check up. Also even though this place was in my network bloodwork was not. So I canceled that because there’s a reason I have insurance and had to go to quest where it’s covered. Definitely not coming back

Started going for my kids and ended up switching myself here also since they are so great. Plenty of parking. Quick with school forms and appointments. Great staff. Doctors actually listen and dont rush you out.

I have never had such a bad experience at a doctor’s office as this place. The front office staff are rude as well as unprofessional. Feel sorry for the Doctors they represent.

Absolutely terrible front office staff. My child could do their jobs with her eyes closed. I was a medical assistant for many many years. This place is so unorganized and the staff is so incredibly rude I have no idea how they are employed. We are switching the the Fullerton group and while that makes our doctors trips 20 mins longer I would drive 120 mins longer just to not have to deal with the staff at this office. Save yourself the future headaches and seek a different provider.

Terrible doctors office. No one is on the same page, completely disorganized and a waste of time. Do not come here or waste your time here they will get nothing done

The staff are not caring or attentive. This has been my doctors office for years due to how close it is to my home, I do not make appointments often, but both times I visited for health issues; I was dismissed, sent to several places for testing, only to be told they did not know what the issue was.
I recently went due to extreme stomache pains. I thought my gallbladder would need to be removed. Dr. Nabussi assured me it was not my gallbladder, and sent me for tests. Testing took days to schedule, only to find out they forgot to give me the information for one specific test. Still in pain, it took one week to get a response for the first tests, I was told I needed to schedule another appointment that would result in another week wait for a response on what the problem was. I suggest just going to an urgent care or emergency room, as no one in this office has returned my call, and my issue is still ongoing. This Doctors office does not care about its patients, they have too many to see you as anything else then a dollar sign.

The only saving grace of this location is what a good doctor Dr. Middleton is. However, because of how many new patients they take on, you can't get in to see Middleton any sooner than 1 month - 2 months in advance. Additionally, they've now changed the way they do apppappoints so all appointments are made by an operator out of office, so if you have a question about something at the office, you're out of luck.
