St. Jude Heritage Medical Group Urgent Care

This was my first time visiting this facility and I was very impressed. The waiting room is large and very clean and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. All the nurses and doctor were also great too. I was in and out in an hour which is good for a Sunday.
I will not hesitate to use this office again if needed.

Visit on 7/4/23,3: 30pm. My daughter went in due stomach issues. She would experience pain while eating and drinking and also had pain in her back. As usual, the doctor asked a few questions and check for pain in her stomach while pressing on it. He rx a couple meds and told that if she didn’t feel any better is return and do ultrasound. Hmmm, doctor, why don’t do the ultrasound since she’s already in your office, rather rx unnecessary meds. Must have done his studies online. Since providence took over, St Jude has done downhill.

From desk to triage to provider, I had an excellent experience at Providence Urgent Care in Fullerton. The staff was very patient and understanding about my situation. NP Trang Thi Vu provided high quality care and genuine compassion. Should I need to return to urgent care, I would hope to be seen by Trang again.

Took my son here for a bad headache. Previously seen by his fam doc a week prior couldn’t figure out the problem. The doctor here spent a lot of time doing tests and tried to diagnose the issue. She was so patient and nice, asking all the questions and didn’t seem rushed at all compared to other urgent care I’ve been to. Thank you for all of your kindness and caring.

5 stars. Facility is clean, well designed and well staffed. Staff are friendly and efficient. We were visiting from out of town and daughter caught a stomach virus at Disneyland. They were able to get us in quickly on a Sunday before our flight home and sent us home with plenty of Zofran. Dr was exceptionally good at dealing with small children. Thank you!

I came here after going to another providence urgent care location because of horrible care and explanation of treament. I left the first place with no confidence in their diagnosis. The next morning I only continued to get worse. So I went to the fullerton location and saw Dr. Tran. He explained things very well, spent ample amount of time with me. He gave me a plan of care and I was feeling much better in only a few hours. Dr. Tran and his nurses were very nice, competent, and caring. Thank you Dr. Tran for your help!

In general they serve well sometimes the room is busy and the wait is two hours or more but if you are lucky it is less but the difference is made by those who do their work with love and it is best to be prepared with patience

PA Yeong was great. She was nice and ran an extra Covid and flu on me. Spent a lot of time with me.
