Come to church! Specifically this one. I've gone to it my whole life. My family has gone to this church for 5 generations. God is good. Everyone is friendly and welcoming!

I have been a member at St. Mark's Lutheran Church and School for over 15 years. As a single father raising my son alone since he was 5 years old, St. Mark's became a big influence in his life. I enrolled him in the school in the 3rd grade where the teachers, administrators and other members basically helped me raise him through the 8th grade.and beyond.
Many of my closest friends I met through St. Mark's. St. Mark's has become family to me.

Our daughter is in her second year at St. Mark’s Lutheran School. It is wonderful! She loves her classmates/friends/teachers. The one on one attention the kids get in their classes is priceless. The education with core values are definitely seen through the kids. Such a loving, caring and thoughtful school with staff! We couldn’t imagine our child anywhere else for her education. We also love the church as well. It speaks the true word of God right out of the Bible with no misrepresentations. This helps give kids the foundation they need to become wonderful, loving, and thoughtful people along with loving parents. The school and church are like one big family. You should definitely at least come check the school out if you are looking for a school for your children. It’s worth it! We get one chance at educating our kids in this life and St. Mark’s is where it’s at!

Our family has been served by St. Mark's for years. Both of our children went from PreK all the way through 8th grade. We wouldn't trade that experience for anything.

The church experience here is real and uplifting in a formal, but also casual enough style to not feel too "high church". Sure, folks are fairly friendly and there are many opportunities to get involved, but most important is God's Word is always shared in a way I can apply it to my own life.

St Mark's Lutheran is a traditional, Bible-centered church with a friendly atmosphere. Bible classes are offered Sunday between services and throughout the week. Wonderful music, too. Also, a traditional school with teachers that care and a Christ-centered curriculum. Love the pastors and staff.

I have been a member of St. Mark's since we moved to CA in 1973. My husband & I were married at St. Mark's and our children attended school at St. Mark's. We have seen many changes through the years. We feel truly blessed with our current shepherds - Pastor Kolander and Pastor Groth. Their sermons are amazing and they are very approachable.
St. Mark's Lutheran Church is solidly founded on God's Word through the Law and Gospel. It is not a "feel good church" that only talks about the Gospel - Without the law, there would be no reason for the Good News of the Gospel! Jesus suffered & died on the cross to pay for our sins. How great is that!

St. Mark's made me feel welcomed the moment the pastor opened the service! My husband, raised Catholic, felt very comfortable with the worship service and loved the Bible study classes. I went to a Lutheran elementary school in another state and knew I'd have my children go to one, too. We've been members for 28 years, both kids went to the K-8 school and still attend services with us as adults. Hey, no church is perfect, because it's filled with imperfect people! If you're looking for a friendly church that's solidly built on God's Word, you've found the right place. I hope you come and visit us soon:)
