St. Mary's Square Parking Garage - Lot #49 reviews
15Car broken into today. No attendants or anyone on site for help or safety, if anything happens you’re on your own
The staff was very nice and the guy that checked us out at the exit was very patient when I could not find my credit card —good service.
The pricing is affordable, usually $7 - $11 for an average 2 - 3 hour outing
But the location leaves a lot to desire; it's on an uphill. Whether you're going up or down, you're gonna have to walk uphill at some point. Take heed of your shoes and what you carry.
Haven't had a break-in to my car yet, but it's definitely like any other SF parking garage so take heed
Parked our car there. One hour later one window was smashed and the items on the back seat stolen. Seems to happen quite frequently there according to SFPD. If you park there, I wish you more luck than we had.
Extremely well lit, not too expensive, and payment system worked flawlessly.
Parking spaces can be a little tight for trucks/SUVs, but that is common in San Francisco.
Most of all, I felt my truck was safe there. Worth the expense IMHO.
DO NOT PARK HERE.
Despite have nothing in our car my husband and I still got our window smashed in and someone break in. Overpriced, broken elevators and unsafe.
If you leave this parking lot with your car intact you should definitely buy a lottery ticket.
The elevators were all out of service, and there was no sign posted about it anywhere, not even before you enter. And the first floor was all full. We would not have come (bad knee) if we knew. Imagine having to transport someone in a wheelchair or hospital bed, and having to wheel them down the extremely steep driveways in this lot because there'sno elevator working. Or having to pay to leave the lot after discovering the elevators broken and trying to leave immediately. They don't allow you to drive thru, look for good spots, and leave if there aren't any - they make you pay to leave even if it's only been a few minutes. Anyone with a disabled passenger either don't bother with this location, or be ready to stand your ground, call non-emergency to mediate, and sue for the ADA violation.
Great deals on the weekends. Well lit n spacious. Very open feeling. Felt very safe. Really clean. I go every weekend n now my go to parking lot
Used to be the best for financial district parking. Now.no.more valet, don't know if they will return, and parking in here is a pain.
Saw someone with a hoodie and a red shirt with glasses checking door.seems like he was up to no good.he checked alot of cars.it also seemed like he worked there
Gaurded parking at $6 a day on the weekends. Lots of space and centrally located. Hard to beat.
2 flat tires after pulling in. Manager would let AAA in but charges me double to leave, no.help at all from them and never parking here again. Avoid this terrible place at all costs
Easy to navigate, plenty of spaces in the middle of the day, but nowhere that charges $6 an hour can get five stars. Even if it is city living.
Very confusing when you first going with the car exactly how you take your ticket and pay with a credit card so I took two tickets by mistake and was charged twice that is not good I'm going to have to call the company and sort this out when I get home.
Found this parking place near by chainatown! This is very near to union Square as well. One of the cheapest parking you find near by and I think its safe also. We parked here for 4 hours. Here are the rates. Hope this is helpful for you.
