St. Paul's Villa reviews
4I wouldn't recommend working for Villa. My experience working here was uncomfortable and unsettling. It was a hostile/stressful/chaotic work environment. Chef Khristina is very biased and self absorbed. And she is a bully. And she is a master manipulator. She had me doing all the work. And she will sit down for 8 hours straight if you let her. She'll undermine your hard work and treat you like a peasant. I would go across the street to Manor if I were you:/
I wouldn't recommend working here. Way too much brown nosing and favoritism.
This is to all the future nursing staff that are thinking on applying here. Working here will give you anxiety mainly because the staff that are in charge play favoritism, so you alway have to be walking on eggshells around them. Everyone gossips about each other even the “people in charge” and it’s a really hostile environment. You better kiss Arturo’s behind to get what you want because he’s definitely not a fair person if he doesn’t like you. He’s the clerk? Idk what’ his title is but he acts like he’s the boss. And he’s not. And I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks that of him, it’s a handful of employees. So, if you apply here I’ll be praying for your sanity because you will need it.
I can sincerely say it's a heartwarming blend of senior care, compassion, and sophistication. Their dedication is evident in how they interact with residents, always patient, kind, and attentive. As for the memory care unit, it is designed with sensitivity and understanding of the challenges posed by dementia. The emphasis is on providing a dignified and respectful environment, focusing on the person, not just the condition. For me St Paul's Villa is the gold standard in assisted living and memory care. I can sleep better at night knowing my dad is in caring hands.
