If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff in the management department lack respect and service skills. I've been living here for over 10 years and seen management teams change every now and then. These newer ladies take complaints of damage or infestation as an attack and take forever to address problems. It disappoints me to see how they respond aggressively and how they treat my mother. They need better communication skills no reason to treat tenants poorly.
