I first met Stacy when my husband and I walked into a townhome during open house in Dublin. She was the realtor for the townhome and we mentioned to her that our son was interested in buying a home for the first time. He was in his 20s and never been through the home buying process. Stacy started sending the 3 of us emails of properties my son maybe interested in seeing; having a full time job, a girlfriend, and exercising regularly both in playing tennis and in the gym, he had very little time available. While he was looking through Stacy's emails, he was interested in seeing some properties. When he had a free afternoon, he decided to contact Stacy that morning and see if she was available to show him the properties. He gave her only a few hours noticed, if that at all, but Stacy was very gracious and spend time with him. One thing I'm super impressed with Stacy is that she is willing to give TIME to people and trying her best to meet with her clients at a time that they're available. My son also had many many questions and Stacy was very detailed in answering each and everyone of his questions. He ended up making an offer on a house and he's getting ready to close escrow. As I watched this process, I do think being realtor truly involves being very DETAILED ORIENTED. Stacy was able to walk him through each stage of the house buying process guiding him in every step. From showing homes, to getting pre approved for a loan, to making an offer, to making a counter offer accepted, to walk through, and finally closing escrow. Her willingness to give TIME to clients and her strength in being DETAILED ORIENTED in every step truly contribute to her being excellent in what she does.
