I have been going to this office for the past two years for my DOT Physicals.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I hurt my back moving furniture, was unable to move certain ways without extreme pain. I called and they were able to get me in within an hour. Dr. Stafford gave me an adjustment and my back was much better, not quite 100%, but much better. I went in 3 days later, received another adjustment… AND I WAS BACK TO NORMAL! So incredibly happy with the service and treatment. Thank you so much for getting me back to normal.

Very disappointed in the service I received, or should I say lack of service. I've only visited once about 2 years ago and my experience with Dr. Stafford was pleasant. However, just recently, I scheduled an appointment and called my insurance company beforehand to make sure this office was in network. The insurance company said they were and explained my copay and benefits, but when I got to the office the office representative told me they were not accepting my insurance. I explained that the insurance company said they were in network, and she just stated again "we're not accepting this insurance" and did not offer an explanation. I was in pain and had driven 30 minutes only to not be seen because I did not want to pay cash. Not sure what the purpose of insurance is if the doctor's office won't accept it, even though they are in network? I thought it was quite strange that the first thing the lady at the front desk asked me was if I was cash. Seems this place only wants cash customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning here again and have found another chiropractor.
