I had a few questions about documents for my school. Every time I have a question, I always have a wonderful experience speaking with a caring person. Susanna Espinoza answered my question when I called today. Very disrespectful to me, spoke to me as if I was stupid, then hung up on me mid-sentence.
She shouldn’t be answering the phone to anyone that way let alone veterans who deserve the respect.

They will enter your claim but little else, just collect paycheck without any sense of wanting to help.it appears to be simply a rush thru and on to the next mentality.any new claims, i will handle myself.
