Only problem right now, I've been trying to call for 2 days! As soon as I dial, I get disconnected. It doesn't even ring! Ive called 248 times and I can't get thru! I don't know how else to get ahold of my Dr! Anyone else have this problem? I've look for a email but don't see one! If any of the staff sees this, please call Carol Lummus!

This place is the worst. Dr. Robert Loera and his staff are the worst medical professionals I have ever encountered. I went to an appointment yesterday that I scheduled in person only to be told I wasn't on the schedule. Once they put me back on the schedule, then I had to wait in the exam room for over an hour. So I started to walk out and a nurse told me that the doctor was reviewing my file and he would be with me shortly. After another 15 minutes went by and no doctor, I walked out.
I refuse to go back, because this is not the first time I have had a negative experience at this clinic. I went to a appointment and waited over 3 hours in pain only for Dr. Loera to tell me that "we are not doing injectables today ". So I waited and received no treatment whatsoever. I guess he forgot about his oath to first do no harm.
