First time using their service who came recommended. Michael & Leo were outstanding, kind, professional and a blessing! They value their work ethics and ensured they wouldn't leave my home/ customer's home the same way. So appreciative of that value and care! Thank you again for squeezing me in the schedule (same day). That was a blessing in itself!

Kevin and especially Donyell were very courteous and professional. They were apologetic and came and did a good job. I mentioned to Donyell that it is a two person job and it wasn’t fair to have Jordan the first gent that came and did the cleaning on Thursday, to be by himself. I felt bad and helped him move furniture. That’s my one negative comment, definitely a two man Job for what is asked for.

We have been using Stanley Steamer for several years. They have always done a great job. This time, it was exceptional. Hard to believe they could have done better. Best carpet cleaning service we have ever used!

Expected for a good quality cleaning, turns out very disappointed. Grout dirt on our floor tiles are still there! Cleaners was in a hurry cleaning and talking ang cursing while cleaning. They say It's imppossible to remove the dirt on our tiles since its waxed from before. Paid $700 for minimal cleaning! I understand if they cannot remove the dirt on grouts but should have given us a fair price since we did not meet expectation, instead they go ahead and charge us same amount as they should have been successfully meet our expectation but it's not. So very disappointed with the service. WILL NEVER HIRE PROFESSIONAL WITHOUT VERIFYING WITH THEM IF THEY CAN MEET THE EXPECTATION OR NOT. We hire professionals in the trust that they can do the job they promise they can.not living us feels like our money was just taken in a very unfair way.
