Stanly Ranch, Auberge Resorts Collection, Napa CA

One of the most beautiful resorts. The hotel is located in one of the most breathtaking locations. All the staff were so wonderful. The spa is exquisite and the so is the staff. It’s a great place to get a European custom facial from biologique recherche, you should try it. Loved everything about this place

Posting mid-stay bc I can’t seem to get a response. Checked in, amazing staff, very nice and accommodating. So far so good.

Room had worms all over the floor, not just alive but also dead and dried and clearly not cleaned. It had rained so I guess I can excuse some of it, but the dried and smushed ones were gross.opted to clean that myself since I didn’t want to wait in middle of night.

Second, no hot water. Called and they told me to press the button. Granted, there is one button on shower and I had already pressed it. Didn’t work. No button on sinks or bath and all had no hot water. Phone staff could have been a bit more understanding.

Got double charged for in room dining as well.

Room is otherwise nice though, property seems unique and beautiful. Staff who checked us in were great. No complaints there.

It’s the lack of initiative to fix problems that really shouldn’t be happening to begin with.

I organized my wife’s 50th birthday for appetizers, dinner and overnight. The event planning team was incredibly responsive. The attention to detail was outstanding, everything from the welcome desk, to the birthday cake in the room, to the champagne glasses, and wine. The dinner and ambience is incredible. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfectly stocked, and the property incredibly well kept. Kudos to the Auberge teams and staff.

May be because it's new, but I loved everything about this place! Nice rooms, great service, attention to details If my budget will allow it lol, will stay here for sure!

A daily resort fee of USD 70 plus tax will be added to the room rate! Just add it to the base room rate. Stop playing games with pricing. Resorts should never charge a "resort fee".

First time here to eat, and the mezcal drink was amazing along with the mussels an chorizo.

Spent 2 nights at the resort. Overall experience was excellent. Had a relaxing and refreshing stay! The rooms were clean and cozy. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Amazing service and rooms! Everything is brand new. Amenities are so nice including the pools, sauna, pool bar, etc.

Incredible touches of luxury everywhere you look. The rooms are perfect individual homes nestled amongst lavender bushes and vineyard vines.heated bathroom floors, the most wonderful bath I’ve ever had. Helpful staff. A relaxing oasis. Can’t wait to go back

Only complaint is you can see rooms from one another, and the massage was dissapointing (the space was insane the massage wasnt for neither for me or my husband)

During my recent stay, I encountered a recurring issue with the automatic curtains in my room opening unexpectedly, often in the middle of the night. This not only disrupted our sleep but also compromised our privacy, as the open curtains exposed the interior of our room. Despite reporting this problem to the staff, who attempted a reset of the control panel, the issue persisted. Upon checkout, I communicated my dissatisfaction to the staff, anticipating some form of compensation for the inconvenience, especially given the substantial amount I had spent at the ranch, exclusive of room charges. However, no such compensation was offered. For an establishment charging premium rates, I believe it is reasonable to expect a correspondingly high standard of service and customer care, particularly when addressing guest concerns. I understand that the ranch is relatively new and am hopeful that with time, they will augment their team with more experienced personnel to enhance the guest experience.

We are currently staying here in a 2 bedroom suite with a view of a construction site with the workers sawing and nailgunning all day. We’ve texted to asked to be move to another room but have not heard back from the staff. First, you should never allow for any guests to stay at this room without informing the guest of the construction site. Service is mid at best. It is incredibly dark at night, valet seemed confused and overwhelmed when we arrived. We have stayed at other Auberge hotels and would not recommend Stanly Ranch.

Have stayed at many luxury resorts in California and around the world. Considering it was Auberge had high expectations of Stanley Ranch but our stay was missing that final ‘it’ factor of a 5-star resort.
The rooms are very well done with nice finishings and bath tub. Yet the heating in the room barely worked and kept us freezing most of our stay despite increasing to high with poor insulation in the cold Napa nights. The bathroom has heated floors but that is only under the sinks while the toilet area has poor heating, no heated floor making it extremely cold in the mornings (also had expected a Toto Washlet bidet which is now standard for nearly all new 5-star resorts worldwide). Farmer Nick was the highlight of our stay, he was amazing and what he is doing with the farm there is phenomenal. As far as the spa, had a great experience with the hyperbaric chamber and gym was nice as well, however would be nice to have more openings arranged for guests on arrival as nearly everything was booked out.
Food is great at Bear however coffee is a bit overpriced at both Bear and Gavel for the quality. We had Ice cream as well in the afternoon but had a severe stomach ache after eating the ice cream and were unable to eat dinner.
Overall would say there are still many rough edges that may get worked out as the property matures but at this time would not classify this as a 5-star resort considering the options around the area such as Auberge De Soleil, Alila Napa Valley and Bardessono which have those details mastered.

Overall an excellent and relaxing experience. The service and the amenities were great. The entire resort smells like lavender which is planted throughout. You get access to around (5) different, brand new, Mercedes-Benz vehicles to use as you please. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back again.

Stanly Ranch was absolutely incredible from start to finish while planning our wedding, and the day-of execution exceeded our wildest expectations. Melissa and Theo were responsive, attentive and so intent on fulfilling our vision - it was as if it was their wedding, that’s how taken care of we felt!
We had our ceremony on the cut garden lawn, our cocktail hour in the cocktail barn and our reception in the glass house barn; each venue was so well suited for the applicable event (not to mention mere steps from one another, which was a big positive for our elderly guests!).
Last but not least, the food and service were absolutely exceptional. Our guests were never wanting for a canapé nor drink, and the dinner service was a well orchestrated performance of staff delivering each guests’ dinner at once, still piping hot!
Needless to say, it was the best event of our lives and so much of the day was a result of the hard work of Melissa, Theo and the entire Stanly Ranch wedding & events team. 5 stars!

Went for a wedding. The staff were exceptional. The venue was great. We didn't stay there for the night. So, I can't rate the rooms. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Couldn't sit on patio with all the flies and they ran out of table fans. Waitress never came so we went to the bar for service. From there we could observe her inside chatting a lot with other staff but not customers.

I've been fortunate enough to stay at Stanley Ranch in Napa, CA, three distinct times, and with each visit, my admiration for this property only grows.
