Stanton Optical

Bought a nice set of frames and got my prescription lenses tinted in yellow. Within a month and a half the tint started pealing/flaking off. I did not use aggressive cleaning solutions or wipes.typical lens specific solution and lense specific microfibers that I use on all my other glasses. When I took my glasses in to the same.shop I bought them in fair oaks I was blown away when they/she told me nothing she could do as the policy only covers their product for the first 30 or 45 days- cont remember, but was zero help and had had zero interest in helping me out with what she acknowledged was a poor product/job coming out of their shop. Think thrice about spending a dime in this place, their customer service and willingness to address their faulty products is alarming.

Hard to see in the lighting of the pic, but in the right light or from the eyes view, looks like plastic wrap halfway removed.ridiculous!

I went in for bifocal glasses, ended up with 2 pair of 'graded' useless glasses, and they tried to change me twice.

Wow! Came here after work and wasn’t feeling too happy. Then I met the general manager here Alicia Oliver …she came up to immediately offering help, with a big smile.she had me laughing the whole time she assisted me!
From being in a down mood just interacting with Alicia had me smiling.

Today was my first time going to Stanton Optical. I saw on the window a deal for 2 pairs of glasses for $79, exam included a few days ago and I was super stoked because I lost my glasses (that I had already broken) a couple months ago. Whoever I spoke with on the phone when I called around 12pm today was friendly and helpful. I was even able to get a same day appointment! When I arrived to this location I was welcomed in immediately. Everyone there was extremely friendly, smiles all around also, they were on top of getting customers assistance if/when they needed it. I will definitely be back, as well as recommend them to others.

It was my first time and I had a great experience. I didn’t get her name, but she was the receptionist on the right, right next to the eye examine area. She was so helpful and full of energy. I’m new to the area and I felt such welcoming energy from her. She guided me through everything and explained to me what was happening next as well. She has shoulder length hair and wore glasses. Super sweet. I’m very satisfied.

Julian hooked it up today! I walked in thinking I was going to drop off my glasses and come back another day. 10m later she's all done and glasses are perfect. Rock star thank you! Came back a week later Alicia handling multiple patients, she fix my second set of glasses had me in and out of there in 10 minutes. Amazing staff!

Love this location. All the employees are do nice and polite. I even was able to get my eye exam and glasses made the same day.
Definitely will return for the future eye care for my children and myself.

Amazing experience. They were friendly and very attentive. Julianne helped me and I was able to get my prescriptions in less than 2 hours with that including an eye exam. Everyone in there made it so comfortable and I give it 10/10 recommendations

I have been a long-time customer of Stanton, but during my last experience, they screwed me over to the point that I won't be a customer again. I visited this store and was subjected to a remote video eye exam. When I picked up my 2 pairs of glasses, I indicated that one lense was incorrectly manufactured. They told me to wear them for a few days, and if I was still experiencing a problem, to bring them back. I brought them back after 2 days, and they told me that I would have to be re-examined by an optometrist in person, but that he was not in on that day, and I would have to come back. I indicated that I was leaving the state the next day, and would be in Colorado for the next 3 months. They said I could take care of it in Colorado, at one of their locations. Lo and behold, I discover they don't have any locations in Colorado, and the nearest one was in New Mexico. I called them and they told me they would re-examine me for free, but I'd have to pay for my glasses a second time.

Didn't make anything right.

Embarrassing joke of a place. For starters I don’t get why they even set appointments. Both times I went in I sat for 30 plus minutes waiting to be seen. The first exam was almost laughable. It was a guy over a ZOOM call. Just you sitting in a dark room with a guy watching. You through a tv. I thought it was a joke. That should have been the sign to just walk out. I went in again for a follow up because my contacts were still blurry. There was an actual person this time and he’s the most unprofessional guy I’ve ever had an appointment with. It was very rushed, told me that it was my right prescription and that I just have permanent damage and can’t do anything else for me. Said I should have kept up with my eye exams. Hardly explained anything to me and kept interrupting me after any question he asked. Clearly just trying to get me out the door. The one lady with glasses and the other who I believe was one of the managers with braids were very kind but every other aspect of this place was horrible.

Eye exam was fast, Anmol Bahia (assistant sales manager) helped out while I was looking at options for frames, and even helped me narrow down the better ones that fit me

Thank you Anmol, and the rest of the staff at Stanton optical in fair oaks. I took my two teenage sons here and Anmol and the other ladies made it a fun experience for our whole family, and the whole process was super fast. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location!

Anmol Bahia was very helpful when it came to selecting the right lenses for and she even helped me setup up a payment plan for my glasses. I would definitely return to this store. The customer service was awesome.

Over the years I’ve gone to various optometrists to get help with my wonderful genetics of having terrible vision. In all my years of doing this task I have never experienced such customer service as I have here with Alicia and her team. The experience was top of the line and made me feel heard, respected and welcomed by Alicia and her team. I would without a doubt recommend coming to this location for this unique customer service experience. Thanks again for being wonderful, sorry to hear about the owls lol.

Came here for new frames and I couldn’t be happier. Overall the staff was chill and very helpful. Alicia was the one that helped me through the whole process and she knew exactly what she was doing! I walked out with 2 new frames and they look great on me! Will definitely bring my daughter here next time.
