After many years of not having dental insurance and poor dental maintenance, I had excessive plaque and tartar buildup. I was recommended here by my brother who has had extensive dental work performed. I had a deep cleaning performed over two appointments by Dr. Sharon. She was great and very attentive to any pain and discomfort during the entire process. It’s safe to say that I will be making this my main office for all future appointments.

Had a terrible consultation experience here. I was looking for a new dentist and decided to check out this place for a routine check up. Staffs were nice during check in/ performing my scans but I had a not so great experience with the dentist. I felt like during the consultation there was a fear tactics used to pressure me into doing all of these procedures within a short time (most on the higher end cost option). I also felt like she deliberately made my teeth condition sound worse than it is to get me to quickly book more appointments with them which by the way when I went through the cost with them was more than double (after insurance) another clinic I eventually went with.

Overall, terrible experience, I didn’t feel cared for, I didn’t appreciate how pressured they made me feel throughout the process. I decided to go with another dental office that listened to me, provided similar recommendation without making me feel pressured AND was more transparent with me of all of my treatment options (at all costs).

I used to come here before the change in ownership, and I was anxious about having a new dentist. Dr. Magar is really understanding and compassionate, just like the previous owner, which really put me at ease right away. The hygenicist, Sharon, is very meticulous and skilled, while also checking that everything is comfortable during the pauses between areas she is working on. I'm happy with my first visit.

Why their automatic response as it seems will ask review writers to call and discuss the matter, why not they call and reply directly. So do not get fool because of they are responding and taking responsibility. It is just sort of shrugging off the issue. Dr.would have taken care this matter there and there by showing politeness instead of provoking way snatching bib and throwing the patient out of facility and no one amongst the staff had courage or to show professionalism to calm him when he was abusive filled by staff that this patient is not letting our cash register sing our favorite song? Dr did not respect my age nor my health know I am a patient with high blood pressure. Nor heard and or understood my dilemma that why I need deep cleaning again when I had it done recently or explaining me that they may have not done good job or something?

I am shocked the experience I had today. I came spoke to Dr who instead of taking her time to see herself what I need asking me what I need. That is considered Rude. I explained I had been to dentist in August'2023 and few things they have said. I wish you would do your assessment and not to get anything in head. I want x-ray cleaning and new relationship build. I see below few reviews they stated of office trying to put their hands deep in pocket in deep, yes it happened to me. I had my deep cleaning done in August'2023. When I told staff that I just want cleaning and service is covered by Insurance that's all for now and I will need to see endodontic as I had already got deep cleaning. She told me she has to see if Hygienist is available, who is busy now. Now if I had paid $440 Hygienist would be available? I told her I have appointment for cleaning; she did not like it and walked away saying "she will dismiss me and will call Dr. Magor. Obviously she filled Dr. Magor I was expecting Dr. Magor will come with professionalism and ask what seems to be issue. But I was shocked and the way Dr. Magor acted, who came very rudely snatched the bib off of me and telling "I had been rude to the staff get out of here, he embarrassed me infront of other people like throwing me out of office with complete unprofessional way. He should have asked me why I do not want to get the services done and build the relationship; instead he came with very hostility causing me to raise my blood pressure. I am hypertension person as recorded in my chart. He was very disrespectful because I refuse to let his office charge me more. They were asking me on the top of the insurance to pay $440 and this was beginning and who knows what was next. I was upset as I came for my xray exam and regular cleaning, but here I am dealing with people who made me look bad instead of realizing that since I already head deep cleaning within six months why I need this again. But we all know all this fancy office, charity and all is not done by them it is the money we clients pay directly or through the insurance. Dr. Magor did not show any professionalism and took staffs side without hearing me and or giving me chance. If you have lots of money and good insurance go there make their facility more fancy pansy and they will do charity with your money and look good.
I do understand some may have given them 5 stars fine, but remember it is once when crash landing happens and that really matters and shows true colors. This behavior mentality deserves no star at all. You do support your staff but remember you, your staff and facility is by and from clients not from you. Because someone does not want to get the services you want sale at this time and pay what you are asking that does not make that person rude, nor their refusal should make you unprofessional
And you will see below standard scripted Auto response from facility call us to discuss. Why not discussed when person was there in facility? It's like their time is only valuable and others is not.

Awesome experience here at Stanton Smile the staff is so nice and welcoming. Throughout my cleaning Sharon was so helpful she walked me through every step that she was going to be doing to my teeth, and also made sure to double check with me throughout the process to see if I was in any pain. Awesome place! 10/10

I came for a cleaning with Sharon. She was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and was informative. I didn’t feel pain with the numbing agent. I do have a higher pain tolerance so ask for more if you need it.

Hygienist Sharon and Dr. Maya were extremely kind and did a great job. The team here is amazing and super friendly. Overall a very educational consultation making me feel like I have a new smile:)

Great dentist! Came in for a deep cleaning it went really well! Leaving not feeling any numb feeling in my mouth and was able to see and feel the difference on my teeth right away! Thank you to the staff and Sharon for the great experience!

This new dental spot just opened up next to where I live so I booked an appointment for cleaning and I got to say, this is one of the best dental spot I’ve gone too. The staff and everyone were so nice and kind. Greeted me w/ smiles. Angie was very kind and guided me through everything and helped me out with what I needed!

Almost forgot to also give credit to the person who did my cleaning is name Sharon! She has that magic touch where you don’t feel like you’re gonna get poked or stabbed lol. S/O Tammy and Maya for adding the 2 crown for my teeth that was needed without hurting me, it was done very smoothly. Lol

Best dental office I've been to in a very long time. I needed 2 root canals and 2 crowns. I felt absolutely no pain! Would recommend Dr. Magar, for the root canal!
I don't feel like I'm being hustled out of my money and I feel well taken care of. I'm sticking with this office. I also miss Dr. Connie Tsai, she was great but I'm happy to hear she's working with kids.

This place is located in a popular plaza and my first impression is that it is very clean and has wonderful staff. First off, my hygienist Sharon did an amazing job on my teeth! I noticed a difference right away. She is very skillful at what she does and I would come back in a heart beat for her to work on me again. Also, Tammy did my impressions and they came out perfect too. Thank you Stanton smiles dentistry!

Went for cleaning but didn't get cleaning.they just do some xray and wanted to do a deep clean instead.they wanted additional money out of pocket to do the cleaning which I decline. I have never pay out of pocket to do any type of cleaning.seem like this dentistry is all about the money.

Sharon the hygienist is great. She’s very informative and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Ms. Sharon is a very nice and competent hygienist. She is very courteous, very thorough, makes sure you are comfortable and is very detailed. She will provide you recommendations that she herself had tried that would greatly help your oral hygiene. I would recommend her to anyone. She is top notch.
