Staples, Menifee CA

I called to see if they carried my printer ink. The associated said they did. However, when I went to the store I was told they did not have it in the store.

I went to buy a product they had on sale it was an HP computer and they didn't have it in stock.if I wanted to order something online and wait for it and pay less I would have. Seriously wasted my time

Staples is definitely the most reliable office surplus store in our area. But I don't really find the experience of shopping or finding products enjoyable, I wouldn't say the staff is energetic, they are more of a mundane, "I have to work attitude", which doesn't make me feel anymore welcome. So I don't really trust that I will get help finding something if I need it.

Thanks to the clerk for letting us in at 2 minutes to closing time and a double Thanks to the RUDE clerk at the copy center for rudely telling us copy center was closed and to come back tomorrow. Special Thanks to whomever trained you to behave that way to customers so kudos to the Store Manager as you are ultimately responsible for your employees. We were probably turned away because we are Mexican.just saying.

Never returning to this location. The 2 guys at the copying counter have no customer service skills. One guy messed up my fax and yet charged me full price.

Matthew at the Staples Printing Services Dept.is AMAZING! He was able to get a large important project printed for my company last minute (the day of) and didn’t even charge me for the rush order because of my circumstance. He worked with me over the phone for awhile to try to find the best solution and I could tell he truly cared about my situation. Thank you! You were a huge help.

I have a very tight budget and needed to make a resume. Jessica in the copy center was super helpful& very sweet, she even helped me proofread my resume.great customer service!

Every time I need help scanning, faxing or copying there is always someone there to help me do the difficult tasks. It's always a sure we can do that! Thank you

I found everything I needed. All of the " on sale" were stocked. Everyone was professional, yet friendly.

Dependable but I didn't give it 5 stars because I think their pricing for scanning & emailing (Self serve) was too high! Their not using ink or paper, so why so much? ! Other than that I'm there was a Staples near by me as I was out of town & needed copies of some documents.

There is a worker by the name of Mick. He is a great worker.

This is where I go to have my printing done. They're efficient, do a clean job, have done it right each time, and for a good price. I'm happy.

Great store, very knowledgeable staff, eager to help, 3 isles of printers, 2 of computers, lots of tech gagets, cell phone supplies, office chairs, all the office supplies, and a copy and print department with ups shipping, good all around place

The guy at the print center think his name is Jonathan B what an outstanding job the guy was friendly helpful very knowledgeable and just made my day I was having a pretty difficult day however after going in there I feel uplifted

Always super friendly staff and very helpful. Occasionally their printing and UPS section is understaffed, but you can hardly blame the grunts for something management organizes about the schedule. The ladies that are usually there in the mornings do an EXCELLENT job printing out projects. I appreciate their customer service.

The staff at Staples are very accommodating. I enjoy shopping here for office supplies because of their price match.

Nobody knows what they're doing they charge different prices for the same item. They lost my business
