Placed order online for 1-hour pickup
After two hours get a email that the product is not available.no information how to get a refund - nobody answering phones.they do pick up to place an order - put me back on hold to solve my problems. 15 minutes later nothing.
Seriously Staples you lost all my confidence today.

Garbage store. Employees dont want to help when my 76 year old grandmother couldn't understand the printing because she doesn't have a email. Not everyone has email! Especially the older generation, discrimination at its finest

The employees working helped me out, but were really rude to an older lady who clearly actually needed to be helped more in depth. If they would have talked to me the way they did to her I would have cussed her out and thrown a soda in her face. I’ll visit FedEx Office before coming back here on principle alone.

Maria and Alex offered to take my chair to my office after seeing me struggle to fit it into my car in the parking lot. Bryan was also an excellent cashier. Can’t beat the customer service i got here. Also another nice lady helped me look at the chairs and watched me sit in every single one in the store a few days prior. Thanks you all. So nice.

I’ve been there a few times and noticed that the stock is not very extensive but it does have the basics and the prices are not that great so you might as well buy things on Amazon prime. The printing service is pretty good with the one-day printing ability but the service is kind of slow and the staff are not very friendly.

This place is such an unprofessional environment. Jeffrey being the manager has no clue or has any management skills. Blanca has no people skills or work ethics. We were on the phone for over an hour trying to convince them that the store they work in does make tags/badges and as a company we do send over 100's of employees a year to make badges for them. When I threatened to call the store manager Jeffrey then tells me hold on let me call Rick who happens to be his boss to make sure if they can make a badge. After 45 minutes later, they tell my staff she needs to leave the store because they are closing. I'm going to write nice letter of explanation and make sure these 2 get sent to a customer service training. What a shame to have these kinds of people work for such a reputable company. Very bad experience.

Customer service is horrible! I was told to wait 25 minutes in order to be able to pay in cash for simple black and white copies! Wow! This place is a joke

Found all the supplies for my office that I was looking for. Fast cashier service. Very helpful staff. Definitely will visit again.

They had stamps and letterheads. All I needed. Would've been cheaper online but I couldn't wait. Had to wait in line for a while but it's only because of the customers ahead being difficult.

Amazing! Vegan/veggie ramen is so good. The shishito peppers are a must, too! This will definitely be a new regular spot for us:). Great customer service too!

The little girl in the print center couldn't be bothered to print the 2 pages I needed and claimed she had "like 50 scans" to work on. She didn't. I stood at the desk watching her talk to another employee about her weekend plans. She just didn't want to work. Also charging $5 to use the self printers is ridiculous! My order was. 75 cents. Why is it so hard for them to print orders thay were sent hours ago? This location j as poor equity employees.

The print services ladies are everyone and went WAY above and beyond. Thank you so much Danielle!

2 days in a row trying to print order - associates are no help - it's as if they don't want to take your order they are do backed up - print machines broken the last 3 times I've tried to place an order over the ladt year - used to get great service ff this crew now? Excises. Office Depot here I come!

Poor customer service. Told me untrue statements about product availability on the phone and wasted my time driving down here. Unclear whether that was a deliberate lie to get me in the store, or ignorance of available inventory. Running the AC with the door wide open in 100 degree weather. Needs management who are willing to train employees how to be accurate or fire them if they are not.

Printing department is good, but it took 45 minutes for them to tell if they had a certain three punch folder. It's not the employees fault, they are just criminally understaffed.

Called 6 times throughout the day and never got through to a single person in any department - was left on hold indefinitely. Placed an online print order and paid a rush fee. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, no one had started the order.no discounts, no explanation, and no apologies. Terrible customer service

Unbelievably slow printing. It's ridiculous they replaced the working 1 print me machine with a few that take forever to load are slow to print and worst of all you cant choose which pages you want to print

Most of times employees are very knowledgeable. I understand learning curve is different for newer employees and I appreciate them letting me they are in training. Supply are sometimes out of stock.

Employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. It felt as if they couldn't be bothered to answer basic questions about their shipping services.
