This is my neighborhood office supply store, and I come here for all the basics. Good lighting and well stocked shelves. I use the copying machines and recently I sent a fax. The office chair that I am sitting in is very comfortable - that I got from this Staples.

Awesome service. Even gave me an Allen wrench to put together my chair. Highly recommended for your office supplies.

One of my worst experience customer service wise. I walked and was not greeted. Went to the ink department and found the type I needed but could not find solution for printer so I walked to Abigail who was at the register and asked if she knew where I could find the the solution to unclog head nozzles for my printer and her response was “ uh I’m not sure” than a pause and said “ I can call someone over to help you” 10 minutes later and twice over the loud speak stating help needed at the ink department no one came. No follow through nothing. You would think with 3 associates at the register another 2 associates over at the printer department Someone would come over to help. Thanks a lot for your help Abigail. End result went to Best Buy. Purchased ink for 3 dollars more than staples and got the help needed to also purchase the solution I needed. Won’t be going to staples again.

Update: TODAY, Esteban saved the day! He went over and beyond to help me, and really saved me!

Davon was amazing! So polite, friendly and assisted other customers in store while helping me! So impressed. He went out of his way to get my laminations done on top of his long list of orders. Deserves recognition

They refused to print out my movie posters and decided to force a refund because they were apparently "copyright". Give me a break. Got them printed somewhere else easily and they look awesome. Luckily the second place I went to the people were super nice and not idiots like the people who work in the printing department here.

Nice store with good customer service and limited availability of products they dont stock lots of products like they used too.

I was having a little trouble with my pdf file Devon came over (without me asking.good eye!) He was very helpful and went through every step with me. Got me in an out of there in just a few minutes!

Paid $85 for some construction plans to be printed. Went to pick them up and they had been "abandoned" due to their policy. Never received an email regarding my order being thrown away. A courtesy call maybe a week before tossing someone's work away would be a good business practice but as of now I will be giving $0 to this staples and will take the thousands my corporation spends yearly to their competitors.

Understaffed. Spent 5 minutes getting what I needed and about an hour on line. It was back to school week, but still, only 3 cashier's.

I went into the building with numerous questions. The young lady at the copy center was extremely professional and very polite. After I completed that, I had questions about certain binders and folders. The young lady working on the customer service floor was again very polite, professional, and helpful. Highly recommended the store.

Not a good Staples. I've been to many many different Staples around the country. This isn't one of their better ones. The staff just doesn't seem to want to help.

It looks spare inside, but once I asked for help, they took care of me right away. They even matched the lower online price.

I've been faithful customer to a dwindling Staples. Disappointed in how my recent purchase was handled. I purchased a office chair which they no longer had closed boxed chairs. I was offered the display chair but was also charged the $14.99 fee for putting it together (it was their ONLY one) they would have waived that fee if I purchased a $29 warranty fee? Do the math.that will be my last purchase

My visit here was great I needed to make a quick spiral binded catalog for my clients took me 30 min and I was out. Violeta was quick. Helpful and I got some great deals.

Office superstore my a**! All I wanted done was two photocopies of a picture, a simple picture. And they tell me the soonest they could get it to me was the next day or I would have to pay for Rush printing. For 2 freaking photos? Are you kidding me? ! If you're looking to get something done efficiently and quickly, don't waste your time here.

Friendly staff. The security measures on hard disks, ink and network switches is a bit much. They're all locked up and not particularly expensive items.

If you want to get the best service at this location I suggest coming in the evening gentleman by the name of Julio had given me great customer service for an office we have been building all his recommendations have been awesome. Also employee Timothy fixed my phone flawlessly. I came a couple times in the morning and got very poor and rude service and left to Office Depot. Seems like the staff doesn't know their products in the daytime.

Staples people are warm and welcoming. I always enjoy popping in to get office supplies and people help me when I ask.
