14I APPLIED FOR A MAIL BOX WITH STAPLES AND AFTER RECEIVING MY MAIL FOR TWO WEEKS, ISAAC A STAPLES EMPLOYEE TOLD ME, I HAVE NO MAIL, AND ISAAC SENT MY MAIL TO THE BROXNS, SOMEWHERE AND AFTER ISAAC TOLD ME, " COME WITH ME IN THE MEN'S ROOM OR YOUR MAIL, YOU WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN! I CALLED STAPLES HEAD QUARTERS, BUT NO LUCK
Staples was having a sale on desk chairs, and I took the time to buy one. Anthony was the cashier for my transaction, and was very helpful and patient with my order. He helped me sign up for the rewards program, registered my insurance online on the spot, and offered to take my large chair package to my car. Anthony deserves a raise for great customer service!
I come to this Staples to get my business cards and some of the employees act prejudice. Particularly the employee by the name of Anthony. He is rude to black customers. My mom went to the store to get an email printed out and he told her that "they dont do that", which is apparently false because a female employee was able to help her out with this before.
My mom proceeded to look to buy a printer, and he began to watch her assuming that she was going to steal. Please do something regarding this behavior.
Like others have said, it's a Staples. Their private label notebooks absolutely kick Moleskine in the teeth. Better paper, more pages, more sturdy.
Beyond the 'whatever, it's a Staples' mentality, what I will say is in a world that is increasingly easier to order on Amazon and be lazy, this place always always always has what I need.
I came to return used print toner cartridges for recycling and credit as part of their in-house program. They also accepted my electronics recycling and even my lithium-ion batteries for recycling. I am a happy-camper! Thanks, Staples)
This is why I bought the updated one the badge holder but the guy that was working at day in the Asian Asian boy she was playing with the camera from canvas to do a passport picture of me and he was also playing around with the bookkeeper position as well cuz he works in homes for life so we're closing his file stop chain by hellow wireless E3 as his login no clarity Nevada passport or clarity human services las vegas. Nevada 89101 he has no access at all
Even though they are within spitting distance of a major port, backed up against railroad tracks, and literally in the shadow of a major interstate, they can't seem to keep basics like Half & Half, yogurt, cheese, and distilled water in stock.
Good Staples. As always it's a bit expensive but this location is really nicely kept and clean, and the staff was nice. Got what I needed without a headache so I thought I'd leave a review.
This was the site of Judy Garland Flowers before the building was torn down in the 80's and the staples building was built
Went here to ship a few stuff, wanted to take a print out of shipping label and wasted my 30mins. And there is no one to guide properly.
This place has really gone down over the years. Went here to get a printer toner cartridge, and they didn’t have it in stock, and even their “in stock guarantee“ was not honored. Very inconvenient. Like I said, this has gone down a lot and probably needs new management. Just order it all online instead. Don’t bother. Sad decline.
It is what it is. Paper and office supply’s. You can do ups shipping here too. Place is usually pretty quiet. It’s about. 20 per print for basic black and white if you want to print anything. Parking is almost always available.
Such a lovely place! I feel awesome when i get in here! I love to shop here! The ambiance is the greatest!
It’s with deep and utter dismay in the level of customer services provided to me by your staples location 5407 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 on October 27th, , 2019 at approximately 2: 30 to 3pm that I’ve contacted you today. During my visit to your store I brought some copies at your copy center. The self service copy machines were down at the time so each customer had to be assisted by staff.
I was assisted by a total of two associates and one person in management. Each person I spoke with sent me to another individual as if each attendant didn’t have time to complete my order. Once received my order was incorrect and missing documents. Instead of full blown up pictures I received a 7x4 photos that barely takes about a quarter of the paper. I spoke with associates again assuring that this isn’t my entire order and dimensions are off I was met by distasteful remarks by management. With so many copies the courtesy of allowing me to see at least one document was not granted when I requested also! Also Regarding the quality of my pictures and the blatant lie that the picture can’t be blown up. These same pictures I’ve blown up on numerous occasions with no issue! In attempting to convey my statement i was met with laughter by your employees. Told I can come back in an hour for an express pick up. Which I didn’t have time for. I’m a licensed medical professional I needed these documents for a job presentation. For obvious reasons I didn’t have them by my deadline.
The ball was obviously dropped here I’m completely floored by the disposition of everyone at the print center. I’ve never received this level of nastiness in my previous visits, I feel discriminated against as a African American woman. Subjected to laughing, staring, whispering, unsolicited comments, horrible attitudes all the while I’m paying to get treated this way?
Oh no! In order to have great customer service there needs to be an affinity for diversity and inclusion of all individuals no matter race, sex, religion, age, ethnicity! Maybe your employees would benefit greatly from cultural diversity and inclusion training.
Best Regards,
Mariah
