Do not use their shipping services. Staff act as if they are inconvenienced when they need to assist and timeliness are not explained. I paid on Thursday for something to be delivered by Friday and it did not arrive. When I called to inquire they said there was a sign.

Came into today to get some posters made, they had me go through the process asks all the questions on paper type size and laminated had me spend all this time over 30 for them to just tell me " we don't have ink to print this" I asked what other options did I have can I order here pick up at another store I didn't want to go and spend even more time and try to get this printed to what the associate said I don't know you just can't get it printed and have to waite. I spoke to the manager hoping they would say something. This is the worst customer service shows how much they care. C1f9a505 was what I needed printed. Stop wasting peoples time put somebody else or train your people correctly.

All I have to say is Devon and Ms. Tange do a great job ordering the chaos that goes on in the printing/computer department. With only one computer working and a few other machines down these two were so nice and accommodating. They help as fast as they can and are very nice. They treat people better than what some rude people deserve. Hats off to these two and thank you guys for making my day so much smoother.

Devon gave me Excellence customer service. He is very helpful and patient with the customers, I will return to the photo department.

Love coming here to make copies, the guy at the printing station is always nice and gets the job done

The Photo/Printer department has the worst costumer service ever. Customers were asking for help and the male worker in that department was being so rude. When i went to ask him for help he gave so much attitude when i was just asking a simple question. Don’t recommend going here to print anything at all just save for money and most importantly your time and go to Office Depot.

The women here are so lovely! I almost walked out because the printer was a bit confusing, but the employees stopped to help! So nice 5/5

Service here is bad employees are very rude i needed to print a paper for school and the male and female employees gave me nothing but attitude about it. The reception there is very horrible they didn't give me any help. It wasn't any customers there i was the only person there and the cashier was scratching her hair and scrolling thru her cellphone i was completely ignored by the workers.i asked workers over and over have they recieved my email for my school work and they didn't get on the computer to help me

Bad customer service for electronics there’s no one to help you waited 30 mins. When I did get help after asking 3 times already.the young lady said the computer was available but the big black dude said no it’s not? Never going here again. BESTBUY is my best bet.

Devon was amazing at assisting my client with scanning documents. This was her a second attempt he stayed by her side while helping other customers and still got the job done. This renews my faith in customer service. He had exemplary leadership skills and patience. We need more people of leadership like you in companies today You are truly appreciated. David this one is a keeper.

Everytime I come to this place I truly enjoy because the Employes always ask if we need any help. Its very organized and clean I love it and today I went asked for help and got the help I needed.

I wanted to buy a computer and I didn't received any help, they made me wait for a long time and nobody helped me, bad service, don't sell computer if you don't have no one to help.

Upon waiting in a LONG LINE for Print&Copy, I was told that I would need to wait for next day for my order to be ready but after asking to speak with the supervisor it was approved by her! Awesome customer service!

What an tremendous job Tang (African American woman) did yesterday. I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly but she had to handle a lot of customers by herself. The manager or other employee went to work and she kept calm and kept the customers calm. When I say the line continued to grow but she didn’t rush the customer’s either when they were asking for help. I needed help and instead of the gentleman helping me he told me to wait for her and wen on break. Way to go! Keep up the great work.

Nice customer service. Dalente;the store clerk, helped me carry a gaming chair up the street to my apartment building. Very exceptional service.
