Staples, Granada Hills CA

The go-do place in my neighborhood. Work at home folks, students, crafters and other neighbors depend greatly on this store. Thank you for staying with us even through the pandemic.

Easy entrance, easy parking, knowledgeable sales in staff, polite sales staff, pretty good prices. I went this time to print out a eviction notice on their store computers. I found the place to get the eviction Pdf formatting and used the computers to access the web at the site and download a completed eviction notice with the names and all the spaces filled out. Cost was $14.68.

Excellent customer service. Always friendly and helpful. They can get busy at times but it’s worth the wait. I love the USPS and UPS drop off option here. FedEx is also right next door at the Walgreens which makes it super convenient. Thanks Staples

They Will not offer an exchange on Avery labels, bought the wrong size and don’t have receipt. This is the second time Staples won’t allow exchanges or store credit. They are not willing to cooperate if you made a purchase online because as they say, “its a different store”. Will switch to Amazon or office max, I’ve had enough with staples not offering customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I hardly ever write reviews, but this was some grade A bull.
I went in to the print shop to have 5 pictures of my work printed on 8 1/2x11 photo paper.
Every single staples I have ever gone to, would have printed these off no problem, on the spot. The employee working the print shop at this location, was busy, but I waited patiently.
He would not make any eye contact with any the building line of customers, no greeting. A simple gesture of “I’ll be right with you” would have sufficed. When he was able to get to me, I asked to have my prints made, didn’t even have to be photo paper… he told me they weren’t going to do it, and I’d be put on a list for the next day. There were no copiers running at all….
I’m at a loss for what just happened. It’s unfortunate as I have an event tomorrow.

Jounard the manager is the best! He took all my annoying phone calls, lol, and came through with some super random but great donations for us.we raffled off the different supplies to our teachers at the pta welcome breakfast and they LOVED all of it! All the team members at this Granada hills store are great, come to think of it. THANK YOU!

Needed to meet a deadline to submit a heavy load of printed work files; awesome staff in the printme station were ready to help was done in no time. Thanks Guys!

The customer service is always excellent at this store. From the staff to the manager, they are so kind. They are very accommodating and customer service driven. I love shopping at this store. This is not a paid ad or an employee.
