Computer Store Staples reviews
7Staples is more than just a store; it's a partner in productivity. Their knowledgeable staff helped me set up my home office with the latest technology and ergonomic furniture. The customer service is unmatched, and the variety of products they offer ensures I can find exactly what I need. Staples truly makes work life better.
Don't go to this store location for help. They're just going to tell you to go online.
The customer service experience I just waste my time for print and shipping for UPS. They're not interested to help people very well especially for the new customers will confused and need help. I never see this stor again.
I went to 4 UPS, and two office depots and ended up at this Staples to get business card as advertised “same day”. The lady was preoccupied, and said order it online and she will get to you in three days. NOT AS ADVERTISED. Highly recommend you go see a small business with better knowledge and better business practices. I am appalled by the customer service and curtness of the business, and the fundamentals of humanity associated with business ethics do not exist in this company.
Drove down from San Francisco to drop off a couple pounds of documents for shredding, and to buy boxes and packing materials.
Unfortunately, at 11 AM on a Saturday, there was no one there who knew how to accept and charge for shredding. They told me I could wait until 1 PM when the shredding person would arrive, or come back another day. Disappointing to say the least. I went to Office Depot for the packing stuff I needed. Not sure it’s worth another trip down for the shredding.
I walked into staples to pick up my ordered for wedding invitation prints and of course I had lots of questions. I was impressed with the excellent customer service from Joan and Josh. They were so helpful in showing and explaining the difference in the type of printing paper and card stock I could use so I won’t be surprised when I pick up my prints! I also learned that I could save all my files as PDF to print instead of JPG and PNG to get higher printing resolutions! Thank you for all the help! I really appreciate it!
Print center is next to useless. I tried to print a poster in store and the person keeps telling me to do it online and come back another day to pick up instead of helping on the spot despite me insisting I need it today. He absolutely refuses to tell me any information regarding the pricing and frankly seem like he doesnt know what he is doing and doesnt care to find out the information I need to know. I printed at many Staples and this is the worse one by far.
