I wanted to shout out to a few of the team members on duty yesterday when I came to get school supplies. Anthony was so sweet and friendly at checkout, and Virginia went above and beyond to help me make good choices with my purchase. I dont often write reviews here, but was pretty impressed by how proactive, helpful, and friendly they both were!

I’ve recently Came to this Store to buy some products from my Office and the workers inside were really helpful. It also makes me feel safe knowing that there are Armed Security Officers outside patrolling the area always walking around even patrolling the Dollar Tree and the back of the building. Thank you Staples!

The store was about to close, I didn't know I can have a staples costumer card, I was using my card the last time to pay or cash, but thank God (CASIDY) was very professional and very very helpful, fast service too.

There were literally no customers in the store, yet the woman serving wouldn’t help me saying she’s too busy. Great service!

Very rude and poor customer service by the girl named Hanna that works in the print department. She was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. She did not offer me any assistance. I would give zero stars if I could. I really do not understand why people get customer service jobs and are not service oriented. Hanna SUCKS! Do me better Hanna…you chose to work at Staples. Ugh
