Love my local Staples. They cater to all my printing and supply needs They are always provide print and excellent service like today Skylar helped print n price my work and had the it done very quickly.
Alex the store manager was great at explaining and give advice about local business needs. Thanks.
They also have a TSA appointment and approval office right in the store Wow!

Pros: Can always find what I want because Staples uses the same layout for every store and they have a wide selection.

Cons: The price on the shelf is not always the same as the price at the register.

They gave the item to me for the posted amount and were super cool about it. They made what would have been a negative into a positive. I really appreciated the excellent customer service!

I made an appointment for the TSA precheck interview which I highly recommend doing. Appointments will have priority over walk-ins. The cubicle this all takes place in is toward the middle, left of the store. There's a big sign that says TSA Precheck next to the cubicle. The information confirmation was quick. You will be taking a picture so be prepared to put your hair behind your ears. There will be fingerprinting. I appreciated the disposable face masks and hand sanitizer on hand. The man in charge of the process was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient.
