What kinda operation is running here? Lol nobody’s is working the store. I drove all the way over here to return some items and they didn’t have the staff to do it and told me it wasn’t working. No sign indication or anything. Waited around for 20 minutes until I walked up to someone and asked if I could return something and they told me it’s not working.

I do printing here for my classroom posters and student projects. I also get my holiday cards here as well. The staff is very efficient and works hard to make sure the printing is just right.

Staples stole $20.00 from me by issuing me a debit card for change and then closing the card. Mit is crooked.

I needed a very specific item that I was having trouble finding anywhere else. They had it in stock and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

We were told by UPS to come up to this store to ship a specific item with a prepaid UPS label because they ran out of the box we were looking for. We already paid $20 to get from our hotel to UPS with Uber and had to pay another $25 to get to Staples. The boxes we were looking for where their and had stickers on them that said "Approved for UPS Shipping" but Staples refused to ship because of the size. So. Staples is an authorized UPS shipper, they are selling boxes that are approved for UPS shipping, but can't ship them out. Seem like a con job and a bit of a scam. If other customers come in looking to ship with Staples and they buy an expensive cardboard box, only to be refused service.well then you just been cheated and scammed.

Truly sad how employees of a retail store no longer know anything about the products or inventory they are being paid to sell. Even more sad when neither does the manager of the store. There's a complete lack of customer care at this location. They'll probably be out of business and like so many corporate businesses like this will be over taken by Amazon 1-2 delivery which after my experience here today is what I should have done.

Always has what I'm looking for, and staff are knowledgeable on ADA service animal rules versus allowing pets in the store.

As a disabled person myself, the trend of fake service animals has gone too far and I'm happy to support a store that actually takes the time to learn the questions to ask and supports service animals.

Unfortunately I am not able to recommend the printing services department and attitude of manager. I requested a proof and one side of the bleed printed completely skewed. Front and back file were identical as far as a bleed. The first red flag was the worker was not confident in their printing option settings. They even had hesistation on how to print duplex. Ended up doing it single sided each time. Odd has even with those issues, they immediately disregarded my concern of offsided bleed and said it was my file. No checking of the file dimensions, paper load, printing selection. They did bring it up to their manager and he said it was my file without checking anything. Its unfortunate as his attitude towards the employee was offputting as he was an immediate annoyance that it was being questioned. The employee already displayed a lack of confidence in their printing skillset so rather than correct it, it was easier to blame the file than the other variables. I don't expect them to be fully knowledgeable about files but some basic troubleshooting would have been helpful. They told me to adjust everything to push it all to the right to which if I do that and they print it again the correct way, it would have printed uneven and I would have received the same whatever attitude they have showcased.

I will say the associate did at least try to assist but it was clear the printing knowledge was very limited. Maybe short staffed and they have a different person running the print side or just badly managed? I suppose this staples is better known for the sales of merchandise as the location rsting is high, but as far as printing goes, try a different location.

I ended up going to Mission Valley staples and turns out they printed it out without issues. Even their associate thought it was odd I had that experience. He went above and beyond and I left knowing at least someone shows concerned about final product.
