They will not warranty item that I bought 40 days ago. They want you to buy extended warranty. They told me to contact manufacturer. That's like having to go to Detroit to get your car fixed.

Mason hands down the best customer service I had in a long time. He was patiently taking his time explaining to me, where everything was around the store. He did not seem irritated with helping me find the items that I needed. Phenomenal customer service. He should be the store manager. Due to him having what DRAWS in more customers. Excellent customer service! Great job having a employee like MASON!

Called store to ask there hours at 7: 00 they said they were open until 9Pm on the phone, got there and was rushed out the door by 2 employees because they apparently close at 8. Odd you would think the employees know the hours of the place they work

I honestly haven't been to this location but I wanted to post for all reviewers to please pay attention to the first three numbers of the telephone number. Im really tired after 6 years of having my number called constantly from people asking if im Staples! NO I AM NOT, STOP CALLING MY NUMBER!

Has to be BY FAR the worst Staples location I've ever been to and just about killed my business with the company.

Refused to exchange a defective product with receipt, wouldn't look at the product, didn't spend more than 10 seconds before telling me no.

Called Staples corporate, on their suggestion I contacted the Natomas Staples location and spoke with the manager there who was incredibly nice and immediately offered to honor the return/exchange policy, they assigned me an associate to work with over the phone and I was helped right away in the Natmoas location, I even bought an extended warranty on the exchanged item as a thank you spiff for making the process so easy.

This store should be re-managed and I'm certainly going to make sure I talk with the regional manager in Roseville in regards to the lack of customer service or care given at this location, every time I come in everyone is tapping on their phones and act like its a huge bother to do anything, I should have just stopped going here a long time ago.

I wouldn't even stop at this location to use the rest room.

No one greeted me and I had to walk all the way to the front checkout and look at an associate straight in the eye for service. Of course they didn't have what I was looking for. No wonder their parking lot is dead.

I just want to say big thanks to Dwight today. I really appreciate for all your help. You gave me the best customer service I ever had in this store. You are amazing guy and you did listened to me and you solved my Issue I had with my printer. And thank you so much Mark for warm and genuine greeting. Thanks Dwight again

People are helpful. The price of ink is outrageous. Highway robbery. Cost me 22.00$ for ink I can get for 12.00. Did not noticed it was so high until I had to pay. I needed ink for important paperwork I needed done now. I had no choice. Never will I shop at staples again.

Today was the best experience I have ever had at a Staples - ANYWHERE! I wish I could remember the name of the young lady and gentleman that helped me, but they were awesome!

Love this store, so helpful! I called looking to refill a discontinued HP Printer cartridge (dark magenta). The associate checked thru everything and let me know I can actually order it online thru Staples! My old, perfectly good printer lives another day!:)

I love just browsing the stuff they have anyway when I’m in store. Massive 3M washi tape collection

Of the 4 items I brought to the cash register. Two of them where mismarked in the Isles in which I found the product. The store clerk gave me credit for the mismarked items. I said thank you. By the way, your credit card machine is too slow.

I only needed a couple of copies and there was a guy on the one copy machine and it seemed like he was taking a long time I ask girl at the counter if she can make a copy for me she did and didn't even charge me I thought that was great. Thank you Staples

Clean and we'll organized store. I visited this store the week of black Friday 2018. Gave 4/5 stars because there was nobody on the sales for to help me. But it's fine, because I can read the information on the boxes. There was no line at the check stand as I was leaving and no employee to ring me out. It wasn't a big deal or a long wait bc it looks like they are short handed. The staff was nice, I was greeted when entering and had a nice small talk with the staff member checking me out.

I have had multiple issues with this location. From their communication on warranty items to the print services not being open well within their business hours. I just called the location in Folsom and they were happy to do my print proof this evening at 6pm, since they don’t close until 9pm. This location was “all done with print services” three hours before closing.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Never returning to this location again. Whatever is going on with their staff, they need to pull it together. Not a good look, start to finish.

As we came in we came in through the OUT doors rather than the IN. Ooops. A kind cashier pointed us to the right area to go, the print/copy/scan desk. All smiles the entire time. At the print desk, the man at the counter listened to our job, and completely understood everything. We needed several pages scanned into PDF to allow easy editing and printing for our court case against a tenant. This was done quick, efficient, and he even helped get us a digital signature. After this was finished, well under 5 minutes this took, he didn't charge us. This amazes me that they can take the time to do all this and not charge. Most print shops do not do this. So staples, is the best print/copy/scan shop, period. I use Ukiah as well, also a stellar store. Please continue to do your best and smile. This goes a long way to producing happy customers who leave these kinds of reviews. 5+ stars.
