Staff is friendly enough but it's pretty frustrating to see something advertised that they do not provide.

Very friendly, customer service is well marked with a lot of professionalism, kindness and patience. The costs are reasonable with much more benefits if you upload the application to get your discount when printing documents or plans. I am very happy with the treatment received by Cristina, thank you very much!

Basically unprofessional, disinterested customer service. When asked questions, employees often answer cryptically and act as if they are doing the customer a favor for responding at all. Unhelpful when asking location of products.
