You lost an 8 Year customer! 4 days after a gel polish fill $65 with gratuities-1 tip came off. With a color change and 1 repair THEY CHARGED ANOTHER $35.00.3 days later another came off. I called to express I did NOT WISH to come in and discuss this in front of the clients. I drove. AAAAAAAAAGAIN to Red Bluff.and same gal.mgr/ that answers the phone. MADE A BIIIIIIIG SPECTAGAL and "DID NOT MAKE IT RIGHT" Like she told me on the phone! I went across the street to the salon near Ralphs-THEY WERE WONDERFUL! (* THEY WORKED ME IN-)

Place is horrible and I do not recommend this place to anyone.and the lady’s in there are rude. I went with my 2 daughter spent $140. The next day my daughter’s nail broke off and all the gel polish started to peel off. This shouldn’t happen after having the nails for one day not even 24 hours we went back they didn’t want to fix it kept saying it wasn’t their problem. They are slow took them 3 1/2 hours to 2 fills and a set. Just a horrible experience and will never go back

Dropped in from Los Angeles, passing through on my way to visit friends before heading onto Nevada. Stopped in for a pedi and got my friend a mani pedi combo, the works. Very good ambiance. The aesthetic of the facility was very calming, very comfortable. The chairs for pedis were these fancy massaging chairs that did wonders for me while I had my pedi commence. The staff member who worked on my feet and legs was absolutely wonderful. She was very careful around my cuticles and even tensed up herself as she carefully worked around my cuticles. Very comfortable experience, good artwork, very mellow, calming vibes very much somewhere I will return to for further work. Thank you Sonny & Anna for a great experience for my friend and myself. Will tell my friends when traveling to stop by Star Nails, worth the drive from the Redding airport. Facts.

If i could give it zero stars I definitely would. Me and my mom were in here earlier and the customer service was horrible, they dont know how to treat their customers, the employee who was doing my pedicure was more in a rush to finish them and do a bad job rather than doing them right and taking his time.i had to tell him several times to fix my nails cause he was not painting them all the way, as for my mom they did her nails uneven and you can tell no effort was put into both our nails. We will definitely not be returning back to this place to waste our money.

Great experience! I called last minute and they took me in within 10 minutes. I asked for a gel French manicure and pedicure and they definitely delivered! Thank you

I haven’t went here in a while but when I did I got plain black nails they were uneven.

Great place to go to. Love the prices. Very respectful, definitely worth going to have your nails and pedicure done.
