I’ve been waiting three weeks now for my prescription which is for diabetes, at first they said it would take a few days for my insurance to clear this specific script after a few days I called back and they said it would take another few days after a week I called back and they said they never even had all the information required as my doctor forgot to send it, I don’t understand why they didn’t realize this from the beginning or why they didn’t call me when they did. Anyway I called back the next day on Friday and they said it would be ready for pick up on Monday to just show up, I went and they said the one person who can help me is only there a couple times a week and was not there that day. I have called almost every other day since and still get the same answers, three weeks later. Horrible experience I would not recommend this place, this is the first and last time I get anything here.

My daughter went to Star Pharmacy to purchace meplex style bandages. When she went to purchase the kept questioning that she understood that they would be $111.00 very judgmental as to how or why a 20 something could afford to pay for it. They also price gouge

This is a wonderful, awesome Pharmacy! I was using CVS for years, but they wouldn't accommodate one simple simple request for me. So I luckily came here and Russ immediately took care of it!

At the pharmacy today & heard the Pharmacist tell the customer (loudly) "No, we don't take discount cards for prescriptions! " Rude and uncalled for! I was thinking about switching pharmacies, but not now!

Outstanding pharmacy and the staff is extremely friendly and more than willing to help you out.

My favorite place to shop. No long lines to get a prescription, lots of fun stuff available for gifts and personal needs.
The staff is friendly and attentive. And they don't "hover ". I can look around without being bugged.

Star Pharmacy has all of conveniences you would expect to find in a pharmacy three times it's size. The only difference is the staff. Everyone that works here, from the pharmacists to the cashiers, are extremely helpful, extremely personable without
being intrusive and extremely knowledgeable.
I would definitely give them more than 5 stars if possible.

I miss the old store that’s been there forever but the new place is great!
I live in Freedom and rather drive to Salinas than deal with CVS or Walgreens.
These guys are great never any BS like the other big pharmacies and there quick, your in and out!
