STAR STATION SMOG CHECK Chula Vista

My dad just passed away a week ago and has always helped me get my car smoged. This was the first time doing it by myself without my dad. The worker on Sunday 11/6/2022 was so kind and helpful to me. He was fast and so friendly and I felt like without telling him my story that he was looking out for me like my dad would have. I will always come back here.

I went here this morning and it was great! Raul was very friendly and had me in and out in 10 minutes. It's definitely worth going here for your smog check, especially if you need to go to a STAR station. It's also pretty convenient to get to from the 5.

Had to get a smog inspection in a short amount of time. They did a wonderful job of accommodating. In and out in 15-20 minutes. Will be back when I need another smog test.

He does older vehicles that require a dyno. I just got my 1999 Mazda B2500 done there. Not the cheapest, but I've never had to wait long, so it is worth it to me.

I took my car in for a smog. The guy working there named Thien answered all my questions, since I was unsure it would pass. He even offered me a FREE re-smog Incase it failed. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick with everything. It ended up passing and I left very happy and relieved. I recommend 5 stars! I will definitely be going ONLY there from now on.

I came here yesterday after going to 4 other different spots in the area. Those other spots where either rude, didn’t want to do it because “it was too late” (almost 2 hours before closing) or they just didn’t do my car. The dude that helped me out (young guy) was super cool and professional, he told me it would only take 30 min so he could definitely do it. My car passed thankfully. Even if it hadn’t I would be glad to give them 5 stars all day long! Super cool people! Sometimes good customer service goes a super long way! Thank you again!

Came here for a smog test and it was quick and easy! I called ahead of time and was in/out in about 15 minutes. It was also very affordable compared to other STAR Stations I checked.

Best place to go to for a smog check in Chula Vista. They know what they're doing, do it quickly, professionally, and with exceptional customer service.

Super friendly staff, both on the phone and in person! Made an appointment, stopped by and was in and out in roughly 15 minutes after my appointment time. The only concern for me was parking due to sharing an area with several businesses. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get their smog check.

Great service as usual. English is not his first language but it's understandable enough. Great customer service is a universal language and that make the experience so much better!
