Starace Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

My home warranty company picked this company for my leaking A/C. A few years back the warranty company picked this same company and badk then I had problems with them showing up but I thought, maybe time has resolved those issues so, why not try them. When the appointment was picked for me by the warranty co, the times would not work for my schedule so I tried to call Starace and was not able to leave a voice message. Their phone system said "good bye" & hung up. We tried texting but their phone would not accept text msgs. So, I took 1 1/2 hours off work and waited for them. They never showed. I called them and spoke to someone who apologized and made appt.for the next day after 3 (that was when my husband could be there). Next day after 3 - another no show. I called spoke to same exact person who made the appt and he at first did not even remember me. Then, when he remembered me, he said his repair guy was at least an hour away and he could try to get him out. At that time I decided to give up on Starace. It would seem the same problem from a few years ago still existed. Don't bother with them unless you have plenty of time to wait for however many no shows. I wish I could review their work but, they kind of need actually show up and do the work.
