Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
23Great Starbucks as far as spaciousness, cleanliness and staff excellence, but the very sparse outdoor seating is on a busy sidewalk and inevitably occupied by the unhoused.
Asked for a Carmel macchiato and got my order left and had to come back cause the coffee tasted burnt and gross and like a normal cold coffee with milk. They put like a super small spritz of caramel ìn both the remake and original like carmel was being hoarded. Both my orders of coffee were just junky quality will not be coming back.
Starbucks is open for business but no sitting inside and no umbrellas outside in the hot sun. Starbucks should know better than that-it makes them look selfish.
. Usually get quick service here. But it can be very busy at peak times. If you like medium roast coffees, I recommend "Pike's place".
I was in Starbucks today, 6/23/20, at 11: 30. There was a very rude young man with a knit cap working the register. After waiting 15 minutes for a drink, and I was the only person in the store (noone was making drinks), I requested my money back. He argued with me and wouldn't give it back to me. I couldn't stand this arguing and extreme lack of customer service, so I simply left. Starbucks made $4.50 off of me today. This young man should not be working there. He gives Starbucks a very bad name for their brand. I did call and let the supervisor there know.
I'm not sure if it was what I was wearing or my friend, but they treated us as if we were homeless and wanted us to get out before we could even start our drinks. We were both tired and wearing skating shorts and I guess that's what made them assume we were homeless
It is like most Starbucks. Good coffee and snacks. Several homeless hanging around and making full use of the restroom. Very convenient parking.
Parking is terrible in this area BUT the drinks are so great! Our bartender, Adrian was great- didn't make a fuss when I asked for vodka instead of gin in one of the drinks (I ALWAYS get rolled eyes for this request- but I don't like gin, get over it) and every drink he created were so good! This is a cute bar with no fuss and I will be back.
Parking is kind of intense, very small spaces. Staff was very nice, the bathroom was a nightmare.
The drink orders were a little behind, but the staff did the best they could in getting them out
Went there when they first opened. It wasn't busy yet but the staff is great. Being up at 4: 30am is hard enough as is and the staff at Starbucks are super friendly and help you get that extra skip in your step to make the rest of your day.
Mobile order handling needs lots of work. You can order ahead of time, and the order will be ready. But if the order is ready before you arrive then you will need to get the attention of an employee (while they ignore you standing there) in order to actually get your food. This happens every time.
Having no outlets is in total opposition to the idea of a “third place” which makes this a Starbucks only in name and not in principle.
No electrical sockets. They are just sealed. Not overly customer friendly, especially if you planned to get some things done and ran out of battery. I thought Starbucks is a place where I can stop by to do some business anywhere in the world. Not really. At least not in this store.
Pleasant.quick service. They always serve me a great hot Matcha Green Tea with Coconut milk. Yum!
Clean and attentive staff they follow the batista Starbucks rules if your coffee is not made it how do you ask they made it again just the parking it's a little difficult just few spots for Starbucks most are for the mail and the back businesses
I waiting too long on their patio to drink my tea and it became cold. When I went up to the counter, they actually offered to just replace it! (I didn't ask)
I know that it is not a big expense for them, but it was the friendliness that I found was great. Not all places are like this, but it is
Unusual in Los Angeles to see this.
I ordered a tea and veggie salad both great, my favorites at 7 PM. I ran into a friend and we talked for 3 hours, undisturbed. This is my favorite Starbucks on the westside. They always have a wide variety of foods and soor run out as others do. It is large with plenty of seating in a variety of seating types. They also have good outside seating and is conveniently located near many other businesses.
Came here to enjoy a drink and get some work done, but they've covered up all their outlets. Not very hospitable. I won't be coming back here.
