Starbucks, Visalia CA

First of all, MARIO! Such a kind heart man, helped me choose a drink, which was totally new to me and it was Amazing! Honestly so kind, gave me some words of wisdom and made my day! May God bless him and thank you Mario! -the pregnant lady! Lol

Came to Starbucks accidentally chose the wrong store was in a hurry came to this Starbucks on Mooney and didn't give me my drinks i had to go to Demaree and noble the were happy to help all i did was called them and with no doubt they did it and i waisted 25 min on Mooney Starbucks trying to convince them to please make me my drinks because i was in a hurry

Starbucks is great when the baristas have been trained correctly and prepare the drinks accordingly.

They always have great customer service even when they're packed full of customers and probably a little stressed. ️

The wait this am was 20 mins.and they finally asked me what I was waiting on.they had to take order again.printer had apparently quit.it was 20 mins!

Lately this week the coffee hasn't been tasting the same, seems like they don’t put the right amount of servings for their drinks.highly dissatisfied because the coffee is about $5 and not that good lately!

Strawberry acai refresher very good. Also that mango dragon fruit refresher with lemonade very good, not a coffee drinker, myself.

This Starbucks supervisor was amazingly sweet! You can tell she truly cares about her job a d title. I didnt catch her name, but she did have a nose piercing.her service was truly sweet! The only thing I'd have to say is that they need to hustle a little bit more especially when its happy hour.other than that amazing! Very pleased with this Starbucks.

I went through the drive thru. She gave me the wrong order. I had to go inside. I still did not get the chocolate chip croissant, just a plain one which was burnt on the bottom and my hot chocolate was not very hot. Will not b going to this one again.

As always the people were fantastic and the place was packed and still got my drink pretty quick.just love the place.

Now that the college is back in session, they were not prepared for the extra influx of students coming in, drink orders took much longer.too long!

Been coming here on and off for years what a disappointment today ordered a peppermint latte hot with whip and had no whip and only filled maybe half way rest was foam uggg was in drive thru so didnt take back always been good in past

Twice today I went to a starbucks and at one the told me the machine was broken and the other that the ran out milk. Booo

I decided to go to Starbucks for the fourth time in my life and received terrible service! I ordered a sandwich which was a little less than 5 dollars and was charged 4 times the order price! They made a mistake and charged me for somebody else’s order + mine. The worst part was the employees did not notify me that they had made the mistake. So I happen to check my bank statements and was missing 25$. They refunded my money but won’t be receiving it until 7-10 business days. Terrible service especially on the 1st of the month with bills! THE FUNNY THING WAS THEY TRIED TO MAKE IT SEEM AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT! Terreribleeeeeee!

This one has plenty to eat, awesome drinks.and soma of the friendliest baristas around.they make your drinks the way you want it or they redo it for free.it's clean and is very comfortable. There are homeless people around but they are generally harmless.

I always go to the Demaree Starbucks, but I was on Mooney. So, I go thru the drive-thru and order. As you can see I ordered a Grande S’mores Frap with extra whip. I get it and this is what I got. I was too upset to say anything and I felt bad for all the cars behind me. I also got a bacon Gouda sandwich and the egg was cold. I really hate this Starbucks and won’t ever go back. Sorry for the rest of you.

This is for the starbucks on the north end of mooney. The otheres in Visalia are a five star. Alway with smiles and welcoming, but this one everyone seemed confused at taking orders and my drink was totally foamless.wont visit that one ever again.

Great food and drinks. I have never had a burnt sandwich and have never had a wrong drink order. The staff is also very nice. I only say 4 stars because its always noisy inside and bathrooms are always dirty. I have never gone inside and wanted to really stay to relax and I think that is one of the best aspect of Starbucks.

The people that work there are super friendly they always treat me nice. MAKES my day when I go there

The guy today was very rude had so much attitude and didn't even get my drink right never again will I come here!
