Starbucks, Bakersfield CA

Sunshine was an absolute sweetheart. She made sure to take care of my daughter on her birthday and make her feel special, definitely brightening up her day. So appreciated!

Sometimes the drive thru can be a long wait but service inside is usually pretty quick. Will say the employees usually are a lot nicer than other locations in town and have never had a bad experience here. Food & drinks are always good and the baristas always had good suggestions for drinks they’re also pretty good about knowing what they do and don’t have in stock that day.

Actually eating in Rubio's but the only free Wi-Fi came in as Starbucks next door but I would give Rubio's five stars and I'm sure Starbucks gets five stars also

Celling is leaking water bad floor are slippery and wet I almost fell but rather then that the employees are nice and has great attitude towards guest drinks are delicious

But they must get the water leak fixed

I love this starbucks, they never get my drinks wrong. However they've closed the drive-thru 30 minutes early on a few occasions.

Long lines as usual.but my 14 year old Granddaughter wanted a Pink drink on her birthday! Those ARE REALLY good! Coconut milk and strawberries!

Drive thru is very slow past couple weeks have sat in the line 25 minutes every time I come here they keep one car at the window for five minutes at a time

Slowest Starbucks in Bakersfield. I’m always in line for at least 20-30 minutes. Even with the front not open.

My wife loves this place and whenever she cant make coffwe at home ahe heads over here before the crowd.

Parking is absolutely terrible! Drive-Thru is fast with all orders, but be careful getting stuck in the drive-thru exit at the 4way stop sign. I will come back but never around Dinner time.

Went to the Starbucks on olive and Calloway and the drink they made for me was just horrible! Luckily this Starbucks at the rosedale location right next to Panda Express was open! Let the gentleman that was taking drive thru orders know what happened and he gladly remade my drink free of charge! Highly recommend this Starbucks location. Full of good people

I wasn’t done placing my order when the drive through employee told me to proceed to the next window, he didn’t even ask what size I wanted. I ordered a vanilla frappuccino and got a mocha instead. Worst customer service.
