They're always very busy which obviously is a Starbucks, they almost never have our favorite pastries in stock. In the morning, afternoon or at night, doesn't seem to matter the time. Staff is very friendly though and work hard, I just need some cake pops for my kids lol
Absolutely ridiculous! Literally waited 25 min for 3 drinks. No morning coffee runs. I am so upset.

Ordered my drink and sandwich. Scanned for my points got my sandwich but not my drink had to ask for it again and wait. But they made it no hard feeling
I WAS HAVING A BAD DAY AND I DECIDED TO GET A MOCHA FRAPPE VENTI I WAS SO EXCITED AND WAITED PATIENTLY. THEN I GET A MOCHA COOKIE CRUMBLE BRUH. I WAS DRIVING SO I DIDNT REALLY LOOK UNTIL I WAS ON A RED LIGHT. SOOOOOOOOOOO ANNOYED
Went before 9 pm. It says Open til 10 pm, waited 29 minutes in line only to find out from everyone in front that it was closed the whole time. They need to change this info in the gps.
Should be more courteous towards us; truck drivers. Obviously we can’t drive a big truck through… Staff is rude.
I stop here everyday before work and let me tell you the service is excellent very kind and clean my drink is perfect everytime
Cordial and quite outgoing drive-thru staff member when I was there this morning getting my Refresher. Used to the app and I was in and out of the drive-thru in less than 2 minutes. Well trained staff that knows time is precious
Slow and un-organized! Waited 45 mins in the drive thru and they didn't even have Splenda. One of our Fraps came out with no whip as well. This store needs a boost to be up to par with the rest of the Starbucks!
I stood in line for 10 minutes while 2 workers chit chatted and I was the only one in line.they didn’t even look at me until one of them gasped at their little gossip AND STILL CARRIED ON. After 2 more minutes I went over to the pick up spot to ask if they are only taking drive thru and mobile orders or? The coworkers doing their jobs looked at the 2 lady’s chit chatting visibly annoyed rolled eyes and all told me yes they’re only doing drive thru and mobile. I know they were annoyed with the other coworkers but they should’ve told them something. Literally had a whole conversation laughs and all. Customers walked in when I was leaving so I informed them what they had told me.:)
Jonathan (working drive thru this morning 8/4 7: 30am) went above and beyond. I dropped the ball on my order by accident and Jonathan took care of my order for me by fixing the issue. Starbucks needs more people like Jonathan, and especially in this location!
Drove an Audi on a test drive through the drive through, great service. Very busy, but quick and effecient! The coffee was on Audi!
Very terrible service. I understand COVID-19 restrictions, but was made to wait outside. Perhaps the two Sikh men in front of me were the reason. Afterwards there was about 15 people inside.
Emplees are great attentive sadly waited 30 min after a mobile order said would be ready yet superior for a drink before customers that had been waiting instead of assisting her employees
