Starbucks, Santa Clara CA

This use to be my go two Starbucks. However in the last 2 weeks the lattes I have ordered have tasked like milk only. No other flavor. For a $5 cup of coffee i was expecting way better.

Big but cold with full trash cans. To bad as it would be a nice place to work except for the low thermostat. Full trash cans just mean they are short staffed. That may be transient.

Great service. It can get busy, but everyone who works there will still be friendly and attentive.

This place's mocha is a lil too sweet for my taste and needs a little extra chocolate and creamy

-Ascetically pleasing
-Friendly staff
-Decent for studying, gets pretty loud sometimes

Weakness
-Fruit flies issues, next the the couches on wall
-Hours of operation could be better. Ideally they should open to 10pm especially on the weekend

Great coffee. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Lots of offices around which means this is a shop which has a high volume of foot traffic. The staff is efficient and you are in and out with your coffee (unless you want to lounge around of course).

Nice, competent people. Nick was great and remembered my name. It's those little details that go a long way, make one feel like home. There are a handful of places to get good coffee nearby, but employees like Nick keep us coming back here.

Big Starbucks. I usually order online to save time on my pickup but haven't seen it get too crowded. This is a big Starbucks so you should be able to find some seating.

Nice building, one of the prettier Starbucks. Service however is one of the worst. Staff is polite and friendly but are often passionately engulfed in each other’s conversations to a point customers cease to exist. Ordered a dark roast black. Waited over 20 minutes. When we realized something was wrong, we approached the cashier. Turns out they just forgot about it. Way too overstaffed: nearly a dozen employees for not even twenty customers. Management needs to consider cutting staff by at least half or even two thirds. Highly inefficient; nearly ineffective.

Newer store but parking is very poor. Its very busy in this new shopping strip mall so parking near the coffee shop is not an option. So you order ahead by app but cannot quickly run in to get your order. 5 min parking just in front of the store would help.

One of the most beautiful Starbucks I have been to. Flat White is great, and food is just standard (bad) Starbucks food

Great place and even better service, fast and nice interior than makes you want to relax inside

This starbucks is very big and has a great queing system for both walk in and mobile order customers. Also have cold brew on draft!
