The people here are pretty nice the only issue is the drive thru location but everything else is great

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. One cause it’s close by to home and the staff is really nice and accommodating. I’ve been going here for about 3yrs now. I do miss the old crew before Covid but some of the new crew is just as great. I did wanna come on here and recognize Paulina for taking care of me instead of having me go to another location to pick up my drink. So this is my story. I guess their mobile order wasn’t working that day. I didn’t notice, of course. One of the girls at the bar said oh yeah our mobile order is off so it must of went to another store. So if I wanted to order something here I would have to get back in line which the line was growing already and I didn’t have time to do that. Also, If I wanted to cancel my order I would have to go to the location to do that. She definitely didn’t even wanna try to help me. So I decided to ask the next barista which is Paulina. I told her I’ve never done this and I apologize for even asking but I’ve already paid for my drink and I’m in a hurry could she help me out? She said yeah what was I drinking, she didn’t even hesitate and started making my drink. She made my day. Thanks PAULINA, you are the BEST! I appreciate you and keep doing what you doing.

Service was friendly & fast at this Starbucks inside Target. The Vanilla bean frappuccino was well made

This one is solid. Some nice sitting on the side. If you want some peace and quiet go between the buildings.

Just went for a typical drink stop, staff was friendly, drinks were delicious and the space felt clean.

Kudos to Lauryn and Emma for their EXCELLENT customer service!
Definitely will be coming back to this location.

Great Starbucks a lot of nice people Happy to help you. Have never had a bad experience here. Can't recall them ever not getting my order right either. This place does more than just serve up the coffee, they will brighten up your day with a cup of joy and positivity.

The kind of place where you walk in and everyone knows your name, and if your like me they already know your order. My stuff is being made often before I have even ordered it. I love my Starbucks

Friendly happy staff. I go here despite other Starbucks closer to where I live. No codes needed to use the bathroom. Strong WiFi signal. Lots of tables and power outlets. And again friendly happy staff make this location the best one I’ve been to.

This is one of the few stores I've been to as a partner, where I have received excellent customer service. Everyone is so friendly and quickly remember you. I feel like this should be a store that sets the standard for all the other stores.

Friendly staff. Plenty of parking space. Used to come more often when I used to work nearby. Still come here whenever I’m in the area.

I tried to use my free drink offer. I showed the barrista the code and he put it into the register. I ordered the drink.

The barrista then said the order didn't go through. He put the order in again. Then he said I had redeemed it already. Not so! It must have been lost in the first failed transaction.

I ended up with no drink and a lost offer. I was totally dissatisfied. I contacted Customer Service through the chat function. After a bit of dialog, the rep gave me some stars, which made up for the drink. Still it was a frustrating experience.

They really need to give those employees a raise they always make my drinks right not like other starbucks were they just give you a mest up drink?

My favorite especially during the week when I see the crew in the morning they make my day and for coffee my coffee is always perfect thank you

Always place my phone orders and they are always ready on time and exactly as I ordered. Great job guys!

This location does not have a drive thru so you must go in to order or pick up. They are always super busy but everyone here is very friendly and welcoming.
