Great service but I try to avoid this starbucks even though it's so close to work. As a business owner I really feel bad for the surrounding business. Parking sucks and getting in and out is even worst but GREAT SERVICE
Today, was my first time visiting this location and I must say that the staff I met were very friendly and fun. I will definitely buy my coffee whenever I am in Sylmar.
UPDATE: I increase my review to 4 stars due to the recent remodel they did internally. They have extended the bar, added machines, and more barristas can fit there. Hopefully, this helps with the service. It also looks cool!
Parking is still a big issue though!

Nice and big, but often crowded. They need to open another one near by. They got my drive-thru orders wrong twice. They shorted me on a quad espresso once.
Arrived around 10am on a weekday and it was not too busy, they took my order quick without waiting too long to see if anyone was free to check on me if I needed anything, and the place was super duper clean. The place was nice and has great customer service. Please take the time to leave a review of how was your experience at this place. Starbucks earned its name.
I have gone to this starbucks multiple times and they get the order wrong about 95% of the time. The most recent experience I had was with a mobile pickup order. I received my drinks but not my sandwich. I asked 3 different people about the sandwich. I finally stood in line and held up the cashier to look for it. And it had been behind the counter the whole time. The first three people literally did not look for it at all, and just ignored me. The guy making the sandwiches said he finished it a long time ago. Horrible business, and the employees do not care in the least about service.
I'm new to this place never been there before. When i ordered a coffee there was five employees working. The person immediately started working on other orders i had to remind all of them that there is five of you guys and I'm still waiting for my plane cup of coffee. And keep this in mind everyone I've have been already been standing there for five minutes before i said anything. Also they seem to have a problem with cleaning the outside patio tables.
I love this Starbucks! Even though they are crazy busy, they never mess up my order and they are always so kind.
Andrew is the best drive thru employee ever! His customer service is EXCELLENT! Beyond amazed. I. Used to work drive thru myself and never have I heard anyone as awesome as him!
Longest drive-thru line I've ever been in! I would've gotten out and gone inside but I had my toddler with me and didn't want to deal with the hassle. I won't stop by this Starbucks again
This is lowkey my favorite Starbucks in San Fernando / Sylmar area. The workers are friendly, welcoming and very polite! Every time I come, my order is (and I can’t stress this enough) A L W A Y S ready and made correctly!
10/10 would recommend!
