I've ordered from this Starbucks as my go-to during the last fee months. They've swapped to a "one customer at a time" policy which is perfectly fine. They have a speaker system hooked up too, so they can call people's names as their orders are finished.

The location doesn't have the real estate to have two separate pick up areas for order in & mobile order, but the line is never very long in the early afternoon so the experience for mobile pickup is pretty much the same - walk in, get, walk out.

Fast friendly and professional service.very safe and definitely very organized.l would recommend it to everyone

December 4th, 2020: they are not allowed to have guests inside, so you can make an online order or come in, order and wait outside for you coffee to be ready.
Hot Caramel Apple Spice with any of their warm sandwich and you are nice and happy person again)

Great place to have a coffee and some foods. The staff is friendly and helpful, service is quick, though in the morning may be a little bit delayed because of the mobile orders they are processing.
But you can order online before you go and there is no need to wait

I've been to this starbucks for years, they used to be so friendly and made very nice drink, but these couple weeks, I really had troubles with them.
Last week I ordered venti latte extra hot, the person who took my order got it wrong, I was very glad that he took care of later, but the person who made me a green tea latte let me feel I had to take whatever she made even it was wrong.
This morning, I ordered in store then went to waiting area, after the person who came in later than me had her order, I went to ask where my drink was, they left in the mobile order section. And when I was walking out, the guy who stood at front said to me in a very rude way: " You shd tell us your name! " Excuse me? I've been with Starbucks since 1997, and as my knowledge the barista shd call me name once the drink ready, and the person who ordered after me had her name called when her drink ready, and I had to tell them my name when I walked after I ordered, and stood there for almost 10 minutes?
This store's service getting worse and worse.

Although the store seemed fairly staffed so they were comfortable socializing among themselves, I could not stand the stench coming from the restrooms. Soo disgusting. BTW, coffee was okay.

Incredible, while I was there this morning around 5: 30 am 1/17/2020, one of your female employees spilled the stirring sticks on the ground. Rather than picking them up and throwing them away she instead picked them up, made them look neat and put them out on the floor for your customers to use. Disgusting.

It's nice to know what to expect no matter which Starbucks I go to and this place was no exception. It is a great place to meet up with a friend and when the weather is nice I love sitting outside.

I Was There 2 Days Ago I Got A Coffee With Two Shots Of Expreso It Still Tasted Like Water, The Service Is Really Bad There Attitude Is Out Of Control Whole Bunch Of Younger People That Don't Take The Job Seriously, Perfect Recipe For Disaster

The store was completely dead and full of partners that were just standing and talking to each other, some how I waited 30 min for a green tea. Definitely never coming back

Outside seating faces North and lots of foliage. And parking lot. Very close to freeway onramp. One of the restrooms has a frosted window.
