15My product was good service was bad. The gentleman that served me his apron was very very dirty he was very slow had to repeat my order a couple of times. He seemed extremely confused when I pulled up to the window my order sat at the counter while he was getting orders from the people he was talking to I don't know I don't think I've ever been to a Starbucks and received this type of service if he was new who should have explained that or somebody should have still been helping him because he was not ready to be on his own.
Very rude! Placed an order and a young man second guessed our order asking if I was sure about what I ordered. Also by the time our drinks were done our bakery item was cold, when asked to warm it up again Vanessa rolled her eyes at us! Don’t go here if you want decent customer service. Starbucks in Selma or Fowler is better!

The barista was friendly, and the line moved very quickly even though it was long. They also had my drinks ready when I got to the window.
Finally extra caramel in my drink. WHEN I ASK FOR EXTRA I EXPECT IT. IM PAYING FOR IT SO LOAD THAT SH#T UP!
Love it. I always goes to the drive thru and always got a nice greeting. Don't have to wait long on drive thru.
Nothin like a 25 dollar breakfast! Worth every penny. Couple of vente frapps and breakfast sammiches. And a double shot of love!
Not okay to ignore your customers who preordered their drinks on the app and the app says the lobby is open. They put a stupid hand written sign in the window saying the lobby is closed. I don’t use drive thru’s. At least have the common curtesy to acknowledge the person knocking on your door holding up their phone to show you their order you are trying to pick up. Nothing is more degrading then being purposefully ignored. Thanks for that. A$$ holes!

This Starbucks must not follow the formula that other Starbucks follow. Every time I order my easy, basic vanilla latte from this location, my drink is watering and always without vanilla flavor. How can this location get this drink so wrong. I’ve ordered this drink for a vast number of Starbucks up and down the state of California and never had a problem. This Starbucks is always, every order made wrong. I should learn my lesson not to order from this location, but forget because it’s so close to home. Bring back the Tower Starbucks.
I walk in to pickup my mobile order. I was asked to wait for service (no one else was in line). After about 10 mins, no one even comes to see what I was there for. Then I see an employee coming from outside, probably from being on break, come inside the store. He helps me from here and I get my order. I had to change my order though because I ordered a breakfast sandwich as well and they said it wasn't available (but the app said it was).
This is the best Starbucks because they have the best Starbucks employee ever, Angel. He makes my day every time I go through the drive though and he’s working, he is so kind and cheerful, a true example of what a Starbucks employee should be, I absolutely love him and his customer service!
I went bought a gift card, employee handed the card with no sleeve or receipt. I don't live in the area so I had to drive back to get my receipt n go through the drive thru all over again.first n last visit here. Terrible
Super friendly guy at the window. Someone made a mistake on my drink and he corrected it straight away and super quick too.
My order took forever and was wrong the first time. But the second time I went back it was much better service.
