Starbucks, San Rafael CA

This starbucks water-down their refresher drinks and teas.don't buy from them if you want a proper "berry hibiscus lemonade". I had to take my drink to another starbucks to have them remake my morning "caffeine joe".

Proximity to the rest of the strip mall is great. Excellent service, especially for Starbucks. Never got my order wrong, and it's always ready in a couple of minutes. Great place to grab a little bite for breakfast, especially with how close it is to Bagel Street Cafe.

This place is the worst place ever they should all fire themself They got my drinks wrong three times on top of that they over charged me 26 bucks for two drinks and a bagel try to get my refund back and they said they couldn't do it because the manager wasn't there the lady was very rude to me

This Starbucks had friendly workers. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cappuccino and both were high quality. The store was clean and neat and the workers were efficient. You really can't ask much more of a small coffee / espresso location.

Seems this location never gets my order right and some of the female baristas me are very snobbish and plain rude!

I stopped through this location on a long drive. I mobile-ordered 2 hot drinks after I parked in the lot, and was maybe 30 seconds ahead of my order being ready by the time I walked across the parking lot and got in the store. Now that's fast service!

I love this Starbucks so much. I order here every single day and they are so nice. Of course they’ll be bad reviews, I mean take them with a grain of salt though as they are all written by entitled Karen’s who have nothing better to do. Everyone who works here is very nice and never mess my order up! Best starbs

Such a poor customer service and bad quality coffee. Man they can brew good coffee. When I mention that my coffee doesn't taste good employee gave me such a bad attitude Please go to different locations

Solid Starbucks. Friendly service. It's also next to a donut shop, which is convenient for the donut/coffee run!

The drinks are very good. But, the customer Service was not the best. The barista named Emma was very rude and has to work on her customer Service skills.

Sarah being trained by the single rudest barista I have ever encountered at Starbucks and appears to have taken on her trainers disposition. I barely rate but felt compelled after being mistreated and then having milk poured all over me without even a hint of an apology. If I could give negative star I would. Monday,
June 8,3: 50pm. I went back in to see if I could see the name of the trainer but she did not have it on her apron, a god plan on her part, Angelina and Joi were very polite it’s a shame they have to work with two people so miserable and rude

I used to go here for convenience but they were always out of what I wanted and acted like it was my fault for requesting something they didn’t have. The last time I went there they didn’t have coffee traveler boxes and didn’t know when they would be getting them. I now go to Peet’s coffee just down the street.

I ordered a Vanilla Late and with soymilk and it was the worst one ever. I ended up going to Bagel Street Cafe next door. Way better!

I have been coming here for years, never had a bad experience until now.
The store was not crowded, ordered a drink. Waited almost half an hour, usually less than 10 minutes. Barrista seemed new, really slow, unsure and unhurried.
Since I was now late for a medical appointment, I asked the cashier if I could cancel my order and get a refund.
The woman was hostile and rude.
I am cancelling this location. Who needs to be abused over something so trivial.
All of the other locations manage to give good service and a basic level of civility.
Don't waste your time with this location!

Great Oced Blonde Americano. I get a grande in a venti cup for extra ice, favorite flavor and or extra cream or just even heavy cream. Very clean & they are nice.

I like Starbucks, I stay away from the sweet drinks, they make me gag. The latte's need an extra shot or two to give them flavor but I guess the majority rules.
If you want real coffee go to Pete's, REAL coffee, lots of flavor!
