19I have semi truck they not respect the trucker I was try to order they say go drive thruuu not good hate you guys.
I Was in line for about 20 min to get my kids 2 cake pops. All I had was a $100 bill and I didn’t get my kids the cake pops because they didn’t have “change”. I mean they make 1000+ a day, how do they not have change? There was no sign that said “no bills over $20” or anything. So disappointed
They got the order wrong so they had to remake drink and instead of being professional one of the employees wrote on cup holder a smart remark that is uncalled for
I ABSOLUTELY love this Starbucks location. They always get our order right. They’re quick on service & whoever we have at the window always is respectful. Our puppies love going there as well! The first time we went the barista even put their names & spelt them correctly! She was honestly the best! Sorry I didn’t catch your name but if you see this; you’re amazing!

Good service, when I ordered a Grande Blonde it came luke warm. But they brewed a fresh pot for me and all was well
Awesome customer service. Place is very clean and staff are very friendly. One of the best Starbucks that I visited for sure!
The barista taking my order tonight around 8: 30pm at the drive-thru seemed like she was having a rough one. She was rude, and trying to pick a fight out of nothing, but she was angry on her own because I wasn't going to engage with her. Starbucks should do better and be selective as to who they hire as not everyone is cut out to work in customer service.
Notoriously biased, for instance any other starbucks ive ever went to the barista will usually get small orders out the way fast but i my case i found myself there 8 mins later. The rational that I eventually took was: Might as well show them they suck simply by quietly requesting a refund. This Extraordinary big blonde grandma attempted to jab me indirectly to her peer so i jabbed harder and told them booth on how stupid it would be to make someone wait that long for a damn small black coffee.
There was a lot going on at this Starbucks. Manager was dealing with an irate individual, who may have been homeless. She was asking him to leave and he wasn't having it. They seemed busy but there weren't many customers inside or in the drive-thru. Took longer than other Starbucks I've been to. My frapp was mostly whipped cream. Most likely will not go back to this location.
Order hot coffees, gave me ice coffees went in and told them, really bad service in that place, not only that they gave an attitude.
I rate this place 5 stars only because of barista Lanai, she always displays a very pleasant & positive attitude, does her best to please the customer.
By far the Worst Starbucks in town. I go in pretty much every morning because it’s on my way to work. Every one there are rude.they never seem to get my order right.my drinks are not what I expect, the food I order is always somewhat cold or hard. It’s just very disappointing. I would understand if they were short staffed but they always have at least 5 baristas there. It sad but I rather drive out of my way to go to the Starbucks off Nuevo and 215. Everyone there are friendly. Never had one problem with my drinks or food. And for that reason I’d give them a 1 star.
Extremely slow drive-through, I must have been in line for about 30 minutes. I understand Starbucks is usually busy, but this location really needs to pick up the pace!
I keep going back in hopes they finally make me the correct drink. Nope I was wrong, definitely had enough not going back. I’ve let them slide to many times!
I keep going back in hopes of a well made drink. Yet for the third time today my drink was watery and my cold foam was more like bubbly water.might not be returning for awhile.
Why is your service so slow hire more people do something no reason to wait in a five car line for half an hr drive thru is terrible
I like this Starbucks. Very rarely do they mess up my order and everyone I’m come in contact with has been super nice! 10/10 recommend and their drive through usually moves pretty fast even when they look like they’re slammed.
