Starbucks, Hemet CA

What a beautiful store and staff they have here at this Starbucks location in Hemet! They asked me how my day was going and I said I've had better days. I placed my order and got to the window and they said my drink was on the house! I almost felt like crying I was frustrated and going through some stuff and really tired at the end of my late evening and I needed a boost and they gave that to me made me feel happy and energized almost like it was magic! The young man in the window was so kind and more than happy to tell me that they are covering my drink today and he hopes that whatever I'm going through I can feel better about it and that my day would be okay! I really appreciate you guys and this is coming from the heart. I was speechless at the window but I really had a lot of emotions inside so just thought I'd share.

I was handed the most watered down shaken expresso. I can’t go back cause I’ll be late for work. Not wasting my time there anymore

The manager there unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was a sweetheart she paid for a woman in needs snack and she upgraded our drinks and had a beautiful smile I love this place because of her!

The server was super friendly. My drink was perfect. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because I am very unhappy that Starbucks raised the price again for a nondairy alternative. It was almost a buck extra! Nondairy milks are not that much more expensive! Why do you feel the need to gouge customers that have medical dietary restrictions! Duncan doughnuts/ Baskin Robbins franchise is closer to my home with nondairy alternatives and cheaper. I will be going there the next time. And their matcha green tea latte is better.

What’s the whole point of repeating my order if it’s STILL WRONG. This is why i stopped coming to this location. Disappointing!

This Starbucks was unfortunately out of ingredients for certain drinks and I was unable to get my drink.

This store showed me love and compassion still exist. As I drove up, I witnessed a worker (eddie) giving water and food to a homeless man that was outside. In a world so cold at times, you showed that love and kindness still exist. Thank you Eddie for the smile. We need more people like you.

Check your drinks! I immediately opened my hot chocolate in my grande cup and it it was only halfway filled. Felt light when I grabbed it thats why I checked.

Like it there everyone working they were really happy and I felt the just visiting there for a beverage.

Went for lunch today and ordered a pre packaged chicken bacon sandwich (which is not the fault of the employees working there.buuuut there was maybe 3 tiny bits of chicken in there (joke right) soooo the girl was nice enough to switch out my sandwich for a breakfast sausage sandwich instead.much better. Forgot her name but her and the guy that served me were very nice

Depending on the time of day, you might see transient activity. I came in contact with one aggressive transient at this location but never seen that person again. The workers here are nice and respectful.

I find this Starbucks very friendly and convenient. Almost all of them are, but this one is special.

This Starbucks sucks! Every time I come here there's an issue, with either the confusion of the drive thru, or the accuracy of my order. And it seems like corporate is not very concerned with the quality of this store. I placed my order which the barrista failed to ring up. So when I got to the window. The barrista tried giving me someone else's order. When I said its not mine she grabbed a different one none which were mine. My grande iced matcha green tea came out in a trenti cup! What a waste and the sign states they have no venti or trenti cups. Last time! I try this location, EVER!

Our drinks were made perfectly. We went through the drive through and it was only a short wait.

Service was awesome Baristas there are so nice and cater to your needs I would recommend it to anybody
