13 Rude crew and careless in morning shift say around 4: 50am elderly blonde looking with glasses (which I'm sure she didn't made my drink i can see she been prepping dealing with some very light paper i didn't pay attention well) but she had such an attitude all because i asked for more caramel which i learned eventually they where running out which explains there was hardly any caramel in my drink to begin with. But when she squeezed the bottle just few small drops came out and she said"there" waved her hand as in that's enough. I was like wow. So many but i mean majority of times I've been experiencing similar bad/ negative experiences with starbucks now. And i have read several bad reviews and I'm beginning to beleive starbucks don't care and why after all only growing bigger. At least consider having new and old crews take a crash course in how to do good customer service!
Oh and they need to stop making several mistakes then get angry say like on a green tea latte i know i mentioned light ice so they put ton of it instead. Only because i have a look "like I'm so tired of this repeated mistake again! " on my face doesn't mean she or he should scoop it out and only add more milk and lighten my tea up without fixing it or re-doing it (especially that i did wanted few scoops extra). They close it and shake it a little and hand it over. So careless they just moving to the next... That's horrible service.
Nice new store. Ordered ahead and the drinks were ready but incorrectly made. Asked for the drinks to be remade. Took them home and still not made correctly. Frustrating to spend $8 on two drinks and they are not what you want. Courteous and friendly but still did not get order correct with two chances.
Long line, the girl at the cashier can talk. Super fast getting my order except for the fact that I ordered a hot drink and I received cold drink. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and didn't have time to say request a new drink
Slow service took forever. Coffees didn't taste the same as the other Starbucks we go to. Didn't care for the pumpkin latte cold brew. Hard to get in with all the traffic being on the corner of 2 main streets at 5: 00pm. Plus the lot is not good for the drive-thru due to the two entrances and having to fight to get in the drive-thru from both entrances. I won't be visiting this one in the future.

This is a horrible Starbucks! Whoever worked the night shift kicked out a little girl that was crying out for help. She was lost/ missing from her family. Starbucks told her to leave the store cuz they are closing! SMH SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE
When you ask for sugar at the drive thru, they do not put it. Check before you drive off. I'd rather you hand me the sugar if you don't want to go through opening multiple packs of sugar.
Love the Baristas here! They all are Nice & kind! Especially Ms. Diane She is the Sweetest
Bad customer service. One of the ladies was giving so much attitude on me for no reason. Never coming here again.
Lauren was absolutely wonderful in helping me decide on which drink to get. She recommended the Iced Carmel Maccoh and it was awesome.
Extremely slow! Was going to try the drive but that was 12 cars long and not moving so I went inside, it took all of 5 minutes to order which was nice but then it took over 20 minutes to receive my order. I figured with ten people working it would be faster but I guess not in addition to slow service any time the employees came to the counter I tried to ask for a straw but they kept turning their backs to me as if they didn't care to help, I say that because it was not just one but FIVE employees who turned their back.
