I Love Starbucks Its My Favorite Coffee Place. I Love The Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino
The Customer Service Is OK This Is A Very Busy Location So Sometimes It Can Take Awhile To Get Threw The Drive thru. On The Inside Its Pretty Busy In There As Well I Would Recommend You Use The Mobile App For Orders And Pick Ups This Is The Fastest Way You Can Pick Up At Store Or Drive Threw.

This is my favorite Starbucks, the baristas are amazing! I’ve been to other Starbucks and always come back to this particular location simply because they give the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! And of course coffee is great.

I recently moved to the area and on the daily dog walk I would go in at 6am everyday for a couple of weeks to grab a large coffee, with a little heavy cream. Even though there was no line, many times I wasn't acknowledged, greeted, and waited patiently until someone had to serve me. They then would charge me. 70 cents for the heavy cream until I asked why so much for a couple of teaspoons of heavy cream and they wouldn't after that. Anyways, they lost the 90 bucks a month from me because f@#k them and their sh! T customer service. The only guy who is great there is Winston, shout out to a man who gives a sh! T about customer service. There is a 7 Eleven a few steps away and the coffee there is 2.19 for a large and it's in and out, like it should be. It's a f@#king cup of coffee fellas, how hard is that? ! Never going to that place again.

Why is this Starbucks only allowing mobile and drive thru orders? And why do you have 6 employees hanging out in the lobby? Ohhhhhhh is that why you are only allowing drive thru and mobile? So people are not waiting inside?
Capacity reached?

Anyways.

At least I have the mobile app but I was in a rush

Oh and this place is out of everything yet I see a ton of boxes that can be opened.

I am not exaggerating when I tell you this. This Starbucks has always gotten my order wrong. The line is always ridiculously long and the employees are always in a bad mood. NEVER COME HERE!

This Starbucks is always out of stock of majority of their items. I’ve had several experiences when I’ve had ordered through the mobile app and they have you wait in that long drive-through line instead of just picking it up through the lobby. They state that they do not start on the drinks until you go through the drive-through and let them know you are there for the drinks. What is the point of having a mobile app at that point.

I been coming in for years the staff is good, but their service on getting the drinks right isn’t nor the wait time.
I waited over 30 mins for 1 drink and a bread and when I got to the window to pay they charge me 36 dollars?
They had my ordered wrong, so they had to return my money back when they realized my order was mixed up.
I waited another 10 mins patiently while they refunded me but when I asked ok is my drink ready they said no what is your order again.
I said that fine then cancel my order I had used up all of my lunch break and now I had to deal with my supervisor for getting their super late and I still had no drink or food!
I left super disappointed with -36 dollars in my account!
I wasn’t rude to anyone because I really don’t know who’s fault it was but it was just not fair I plan on reporting it so it won’t happen again to others and for the inconvenience!

Very friendly server and staff. Drink was good. Drive thru line was very long so I walked in. Lots of nearby Parking and got in and done quick.

Everytime I go to this spot Michelle is so sweet she actually remembered my name that made me smile. This is the best spot to come to in lynwood always fast. Very respectful team.

Thank you Charlie for the marvelous experience! He formally introduce himself at the drive through before taking my order asked how my day was going and took my order as asked, when I got to the window it only got better his customer service was marvelous, seriously felt like he was genuinely talking with so much respect and attention. You are an essential worker and should be recognized for this!

Starbucks is nice and consistent. There’s no need to guess how your drink is going to come out and whether today they’ll add more caramel or not. You get what you pay for and these drinks, especially the refreshers and macchiatos, are the best bang for your buck. I have a small routine where I come here right before going to the beach to surf. The macchiato gives me the energy to surf and the chocolate croissant fills my stomach without being too heavy to exercise.

Had to wait quite a while, (covid-19 restrictions) on the bright side the barista had excellent customer service skills. I even told my accompany "if more people did their job with that energy, we would live in a different world" Her good vibes were contagious, we need that kind of attitude/approach more around us.
Ps. Despite the mask coverings you could sense a smile behind it.

I was there for 1hour and 30 minutes my drink wasn’t made and the people before and after me where all gone I went to ask this curly hair guy with the skin condition that makes it spotted he said if it’s not here it’s not ready then after 20 minutes I went back he ignored me then I went after 10 minutes he ignored me I called my mom she went and he ignored her then we had to get in line again and tell a guy at the front he told him and he made my drink wrong

The Drive Thru Cashier "Alex" was amazing!
She was very polite, courteous and professional. She immediately tried upselling food items as I began my order. I ONLY ordered a drink, but good to know there's much more to Starbucks than just coffee.
Her Customer Service skills were excellent. I could see the smile even through the Covid-19 Mandatory Mask she was wearing.
My Vanilla Café was delicious! I'm a regular weekly customer at THIS location and they seem to ALWAYS get it right!

I Order through mobile app and they still made me go through the drive-through and wait in the long line. And they have a sign saying that the lobby is open for mobile orders and uber eat. Worse customer service ever.
