Starbucks, Riverside CA

Very large waiting area as all tables and chairs have been removed. But coffees came fast and are just the same as every other Starbucks.

Skip this location. Restrooms are closed and all seats removed. Were 2 years in yet their still acting like it’s the first month of the pandemic.

Very nice and friendly Staffs! They always make sure that my drinks will taste really good, so it's definetely my favorite SB branch! I remember one night, the Lady who took my order remembers my name and she said "it's nice to meet you LadyVhick! I always see your name and I'm glad to meet you in person! And then one Thursday morning while waiting on my order with my son, one Lady Staff gave my son a chocolate pop cake because she knew that he's getting bored lol! Thanks to her my so gets so happy that time! And I think this is why my son loves to come back over and over again! Thanks to all the Staffa

I normally do not give bad reviews but I have tried to order from this Starbucks several times already and they have just disappointed me every time. I have to point out there is one very kind guy who works there but I did not get his name. He politely apologized to me after the girl at the registered looked at me and turned around to talk to another employee right in front of me. She also kept giving dirty looks and treating other costumers very poorly. I only trust one person making my drink there. I recommend going to another Starbucks if you do not want to be disappointed. This was my last time going to this Starbucks.

Ordered a honey ALMONDMILK nitro cold brew and got no ALMONDMILK in my drink. Yeah im never coming to this location again. Simple very simple add on smh.

I made a specific order, but was not followed. FAILED at making beverage 2X. They refunded my money due to THEIR horrible service

They get their drinks correct even though they tend to be busy. Maybe because there's no drive through. Parking is usually pretty easy.

Don’t trust the security girl who stands outside, she’s very sketchy. Some guys were catcalling me and when I defended myself she started laughing with the men. She’s definitely in on something it was very weird.

Hi, I'm here to deliver some feedback so the store can separate itself from the majority of Starbucks.

Today, I ordered a perfect bar and requested to use my discount and to pay the difference. The partner used my markout versus the discount.

I would like to highlight this experience for the future. Taking the time to listen well will make all experiences much better and consistent.

I wanted a large Caramel Macchiato with whole milk, four Brown sugars & whipped cream. It was delicious & helped wake me up. Helped by Jordan.

This Starbucks is the BOMB! They put so much caramel and whip cream, per my request for extra on both, that I was actually full by the time I finished it! It's worth every $! Lol

Excellent, its hard to find a perfect coffee at Starbucks, it seems like every barrista is different. Overall, very busy place with exceptional customer service

The people that work here was always friendly and provide quick service. The only downside is that it isn't a drive thru and getting in and out can be a pain if you are headed in the wrong direction. If you are headed towards the freeway, it's not bad. Away, pass unless another isn't close to where you are going.

I love starbucks I go the closets Starbucks 2 or 3 times a weeks to get my fresh and warm coffee thank you I love the personals everyone its really nice to me Gracias. I mean thank you.

Staff need to be happy to see customers, quite a "downer" group of employees. My first time back in 6 yrs and I will make it be another 6 yrs. My drink "mango dragonfruit" was my highlight.

I want to say a special thanks to everyone at this Starbucks. I know with covid19 things are weird and bathrooms are closed, however, I was desperate due to my cancer. Cancer makes you nauseous a lot and at random times. The employees were super kind, compassionate and let me use it. Apparently this place was close and yet it didnt appear on my starbucks app so yeah I did order online without knowing that it was "CLOSE" and now I have trouble refunding my orders.
Hoping that they will resume and be back in business.
