Starbucks, El Segundo CA

I get coffee here every week. If it's your birthday, make sure you have your ID on you if the app doesn't work; otherwise, you're likely to be denied here in the excuse that you've already redeemed it.:) I don't carry ID on me due to safety, so thanks for ruining my morning over $6. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience

Somewhat limited seating inside: service could have been quicker. Coffee came much later than food items.

Was greeted when I came in. My mobile order was ready and waiting. The employee was nice and wished me a good day. Clean and quiet.

Really nice store with very nice baristas. Felt very welcoming especially from Yara who was so pleasant and made me feel valued. Thank you Yara.

I work nearby and always go to this Starbucks. Today, 12/12/22 around 5: 25 pm the cashier who was charging me (bright red dyed hair, a lot of makeup) charged me for a wrong drink, and when I got it, as soon as I saw it, I said that I asked for a different drink, the barista that made my drink said that he’ll redo it, but then the girl who was cashiering, in a very rude manner, said that I asked for a “matcha lemonade”, even though I always get the same drink, go to this Starbucks and get matcha latte. She was so rude and caught me so off guard that I even apologized. Then, she proceeded to tell me she will recharge me on the side, and I followed her. I told her that I asked for a latte, and even asked my friend to confirm, and when my friend that I was with said he didn’t pay attention to what drink I got, the cashier said “ YES U ASKED FOR A LEMONADE. ” In the same rude manner, trying to make me look stupid. I had to pay for her to redo it. I often see her, since I go to that Starbucks every Friday Saturday and Sunday. I hope some actions are going to be taken towards this.

This Starbucks was great.low be the Starbucks I give less than 5 stars.this was a perfect Starbucks.

There is an employee (supervisor) named Daniel here who is extremely rude. I order a iced coffee just about every other day, whenever he’s there he gets upset when I ask to lessen the strength. I sub milk for soy and he always tries to up charge me. The last straw was him attempting to accuse me of threatening him when I said that I won’t be coming to this location anymore to order coffee due to their inconsistencies and over pricing. Other locations charge $3.95 they charge $4.45 for the exact same order. I would advise you to stay away from this location on the days he is here which seem to be Sundays. There’s literally a Starbucks on every corner these days.

Typical Starbucks food and drink. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating area. It is on a main st. I worked from the outdoor table ans the traffic did sometimes get loud and made it a little hard for phone calls, but I was also at a table directly next to the road rather than one closer to the store. Shaded tables as well

Nice Starbucks love the outdoor seating.

They have power outlets for your electronic gadgets.

Pretty chill environment to pass time.

The supelveda blvd can be noisy some times.

It also right next to Ralph so you can go there too.

I love to spend the evenings here.

Tried to go here 3 evening in a row around 7pm. They were always closed and say they are experiencing nationwide food and beverage items outages. Not true at all.in Flagstaff or Vegas or Palm Springs or even Bishop all Starbucks are open till 9pm!

First time stopping by. We were in the area and needed some coffee for a long trip home. It wasn't busy at all, our drink was ready right away and it was made perfectly. The barista who helped us was very friendly.

I'm a camp counselor and mentor. I treat everyone with respect and have a high standard for customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely lazy with orders. Never have a I ever had someone put the wrong milk in my drink! Then was extremely rude about it and through it was ok the throw things around like a child because they didn't do they job right. After throwing a drink together he still didn't get it right. Please! If you looking for a better coffee and experience go to the Starbucks in the store or the one up the street is way better.

I highly depend on this Starbucks when I'm in this area. Such a convenient spot near LAX and it's usually never that busy.

I hate to try to review Starbucks anywhere as a restaurant. When I am in an area where I am unfamiliar with the local options, I go to the chain types that maintain a consistency across the board. This particular Starbucks gave me precisely what I wanted and expected so there is no possibility that I could rate them any less than I could rate any other stores in the chain. As a whole almost any Starbucks gets me what I want and does this well. If I come across one that doesn't, I'll write about it.

Friendly staff and quick service, even during rush hour. Small areas to dine inside and plenty of space outside if you prefer that.

Great quick friendly service. If they happen to be out of anything you ordered over the app, they will sub and can compensate beyond. Great store.
