Bad attitude drive through window worker who gives you your food and drinks
Speaks low can’t understand she said sumthin I didn’t hear them stares at me I say what you say speak up can’t hear you.hands me my drink my food than I ask for Saracha still don’t say final parting words of thank you come again goodbye have a nice day. Like you give me attitude I’ll give it back.

That ain’t the position she should be at is with the customers directly have her in the back.

My latte was awesome. My wife's green grass thing was awesome. My daughter's caramel drink was too sugary. The outside of the place smelled like marijuana. The whole state of California smells like marijuana.

I received a caramel macchiato with no caramel it taste like coffee it tastes like coffee I purchased the bagel it came with no cream cheese I received no napkins requested a receipt was told it doesn't print one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to

Hi there, fellow barista that works at the store.we get a lot of calls in the middle of the night with people asking about our hours.for our business hours; our lobby closes at 9pm and the drive is thru open 24 hours.you’re still able to place delivery and mobile orders; but if you show up after closing, come in drive thru and we will gladly help you with no questions asked.thank you so much.

Always great drinks, this is more for the district manager. Whenever this store is up for reno please just move it. This store has outgrown its location and needs a bigger are for the drive thru.

It was okay. It was at 11: 30P. M, during my dinner break from work. It looked closed, because they don't have the outside, but it is 24hours.

I go to this location 28th and National San Diego California almost everyday. Today was different they had the most nicest barista working there that I never seen before. She took the time to tell me good morning, and she asked me my name and if it was a mobile order. She gave me my drink and she said have a wonderful day! I been going there for 2 years and I have never been treated like she did. I go in around 5: 00 am or a little bit after and most of the times the employees don’t even look at me or say good morning or have a great day. Sometimes I stand there waiting for my mobile order and they don’t even ask me anything I have to go get their attention. Well the Barista today was Kate I went and thank her for being so nice and I told her she was very nice and that she made me day. She did tell me she was going to be transferred I told her that was too bad cause they need more baristas like her in that all Starbucks specially that one.it would be nice to see a happy face everyday when I get my coffee. So Kate thank you for taking the time to make me feel welcome.whoever your boss is she needs a raise.by the way my cinnamon dolce lattte was perfect!

It's Starbucks as a whole! I'm very SAD they are no longer selling bananas in the store. I lose my favorite simple drink of "grande mocha fapp with a banana blended". I can even use the banana I bring from home! I just really love the taste and I'm going to miss Starbucks cause I'm not interested in trying anything new if I can't add a banana in it.

One of the few drive/thru Starbucks in San Diego! It’s open 24 hours I believe. Great service but the parking situation in this area is crazy and there’s also the drive-thru for Panda Express to deal with so expect to get cut in line and to get stuck waiting to get in line for Starbucks.

Bad Service, bad communication, forget my sandwich for some reason, forgot to add milk on my drink, NOT REALLY RECOMMEND IT, BAD BAD SERVICE

I use the drive thru at this location almost religiously and about 90% of the time the same person takes my order. He is very sweet and professional! He even remembered my voice and my exact coffee order! I even came extremely early one morning and he noticed I came way earlier than usual. Thats customer service right there! I believe is name is Clintod. Im so sorry if I butchered that, but he is amazing! He deserves some recognition!

Hate to do this to fellow baristas but this was just bad all around. I don’t know if Starbucks permits the baristas to use old espresso shots but they do it often. Like I said I am a barista and I can taste it. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with an xtra pump as well as sugar not only did it taste like a grimy latte (old shots which I kindly asked them Not to do) but they didn’t put in any pumpkin spice syrup NOTHING, still I gave them a chance to fix it and instead of admitting their mistake they said “oh we forgot to put sugar”. Didn’t make a difference still tasted awful & the pumpkin spice flavor still wasn’t noted like at all. If a drink tastes off offer to remake or refund lying is just immoral. From a barista to barista when you make a drink for yourself I’m sure you make it to your liking consistently, maybe extend that same courtesy to paying costumers. Either that or Starbucks needs to rethink there cup design because it definitely doesn’t coincide with joy.
