Starbucks, Rialto CA

I love this Starbucks and their service. However, their music plays way too loud. Starbucks is NOT a day club. Turn it down!

P. S. This is my second location today and this location plays loud music too.

Was very unhappy since I could not use my free drink coupon since the mobile option was off from the store. Needless to say I paid for a drink that should have been free especially that I had ordered a drink earlier in the week to get said coupon. Yes I am a regular customer and I do use the app. There should be another procedure should this happen again because it does inconvenience us customers

Drive thru is busy, but that seems to be normal for Starbucks these days. The workers are friendly and get the drive thru line going at a good pace. There are 2 starbucks closer to my house, but I prefer coming here because the way they always make my favorite drink taste perfect.

Starbucks always brings a huge smile on my family's face. Great way to start the day. Their drink's, wether they are hot or cold, they are always well prepared. We are always greeted with a smile. Great customer service. Would highly recommend them.

They gave me the wrong drink. They have the description correct but they still gave me the wrong drink. I didn't even notice until I got home.

Poor staff long waits terrible tasting drinks tried 3 of the newer drinks and after a sip of each straight in the trash $15 in the drain

Confusing they had 10 drink orders just sitting on the pick up counter waiting for only Hod knows. While we actual customers waited more than 20 minutes.
I had one drink which I got only after pointing out I had not gotten my order. But in all fairness it was extremely busy

The drive-thru is okay. The line wraps around in a U-shape. Service is good, the line could have been a bit faster but it's understandable.

The slowest store I’ve ever been to, spent 40 minutes in the drive through, the line wasn’t that long they were just so slow

Ridiculous waiting time. I saw three cars pull out of the drive thru because the wait was so long. The staff was friendly, but the wait. I will think twice before going again and I will make sure I am not in a hurry

I try to be really patient and understanding but it's been the third time that Starbucks has messed up my order pretty bad and I hate to complain. I always keep telling myself they'll get it right the next time but it didn't happen. However I did discover coffee Bean and their drinks taste amazing I don't know what they do but it was so good I need to start going there.

My favorite Starbucks! Employees are always helpful and cheerful. The cashier that was working at 5 on March 22nd is the best! I forgot her name but she is always so sweet!

I am a regular at Starbucks. I stopped here on my way to a meeting. I have been in drive thru for over 20 min. REALLY! I just ordered, I had to repeat my order 2x for cashier to get it right. My order was given to me incorrect. Very slow. I wont b back!

This is the most inefficient Starbucks that I've been to in a while. I don't understand how there's a line going out the door and in the drive-thru.

My Favorite Starbucks, always makes me drinks just the way I like them and actually give the amount I pay for when I pay for extra

They don't seem to care about the customers special orders charging reg price for 3/4 filled cup if you request no ice. There excuse was it was a handcrafted drink yet it was mostly sweetener and milk and very little coffee. Asked for a little more coffee in the cup and got a no.

Apparently if you ask for no ice then they give you half a drink, but you still pay full price for the drink. Talk about penny pinching for a drink that's already fairly expensive for a cup of coffee go to a different location If u want no ice cuz it's this location only that's doing this rip off.

I like getting a great cup of tea from them but lately they're always out of the ones I want. For example the Medicine Ball or anything else with the citrus flavor
