Starbucks, San Bernardino CA

Starbucks is waaay overrated and overpriced. Now they have these paper straws that literally make your drink taste nasty when you drink it.

The staff including the opening manager were EXCEPTIONAL. I'm not a coffee person, but they helped me find a nice gift for my wife. Thank you for your kindness and help

I literally waited 25 min in Drive Through, got blocked in and was unable to get out once it started taking so long. Then they got all 4 of our drinks wrong. Three were suppose to be Talls, and they were grandes and had no whip, and the venti came in a grande. I let the gal know I waited 25 min and then she got all 4 drinks wrong and nothing. Nothing at all. Crazy. Horrible service and not even a coupon for a free drink, unheard of. I love Starbucks, but I will NEVER return to this drive through. I will also post this on Insta, they should have done something for all of us stuck in that damm line for 25 min, my kid missed 15 min of his 1st football practice today because of it.

The dive thru takes forever and they always give me someone else's order just cuz we have the same name but my name is spelled different so I feel bad that I got someone's order and then I have to go back to get mine. They need to redesign the drive-through and get more employees.

25 minutes for one drink at 3: 00 in the afternoon! Unacceptable! Not a special secret menu or complicated drink! One iced mocha! OMG! So ridiculous!

We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and 2 pumpkin breads after waiting for 17 minutes I had to find my pumpkin breads on top of the dirty towel on the other side of the counter and when I asked for the rest of my order the lady said they were all in front of us in a bag all the time that we were waiting and she said she forgot to call our name! My sandwiches were cold and no one even said sorry, she just handed us the bag and walked away. I can’t say I expected this from Starbucks. I’m very disappointed.

Incredible waste of my time when workers behind the bar (a girl with huge fake eyelashes) were just pacing back and forth not helping make any drinks at all. Waited for an Iced Grande Americano for over 10 mins. Finally decided to just cancel the order, and the fake eyelashes girl acted offended, as if it should affect her. It was such a weird experience at a Starbucks, a company I have been a patron of for yearssss with never having experienced anything like this.

Honestly been going through such a difficult time right now and I wasn’t expecting something good to happen but coming here honestly made me want to tear up with how kind the male cashier was. I didn’t have enough for the drinks for my family and me, so I decided to cancel my drink (a strawberry açaí) and still then I didn’t have enough in cents and he let me slide (it was 50 cents) I waited and when I went for my drinks all four drinks were included, and I was stunned and speechless. I looked at the man with thanks and said thank you and I wanted to tear up because I didn’t expect such kindness. I couldn’t thank him properly or catch his name because the time was rushed for me, I needed to go because of my school and such. I would love to thank him properly and let him know that act of kindness didn’t go unappreciated because I appreciated it so much especially today when everything went wrong and unexpected. If Starbucks can contact me I would love to leave a positive review with his name included as well as to thank him properly. I would recommend this place to my friends. This place has kindness and I am so grateful. So please if this Starbucks could contact me so I can properly thank the man, I would greatly appreciate it, and to leave a positive review for him as well.

Mediocre coffee and a very long wait time, if you are not a drive through. Waited for 25 minutes for 2 drinks and some water.

Staff are friendly went to go pick up order after mobile order the drink was knocked over on its side before I got there they replaced it with a fresh one, they were in the process of making a fresh one when I arrived, parking is small, drive-thru entrance tends to blocks 40th street, second issue is staff need to reduce food safety saw a employee wipe the sweat off their face with the gloves on their hand then go and touch people's drinks / prep with the same glove on

I love this Starbucks! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I’m the normal early morning before 6am customer and when I come in the morning and they say good morning they know it’s me and have my strawberry açaí refresher ready just how I like it. They even know my name! Thank you guys for helping me start my morning off right!

Doesn't seem like this location wants to work at all. They are either closed (even when it's working hours) or don't have anything. They take pick up orders online and then don't let you inside the store - have to go to drive through (what the point of pick up then?). And if you refuse to stand 40 minutes in drive through, because your order say "ready" on App, they just cancel it. Your card is charged, but the order just disappears.

I ordered white chocolate mocha on many occasions (unfortunately, it's the closest location to my home, not much choice when in a rush) and all I got was boiled (mind you it's supposed to be STEAMED, I am a former barista, so I know what I'm talking about) milk with chocolate (yeah, they forgot to put espresso) or just super hot drink (can't call it mocha, sorry). My daughter got hot chocolate and they gave a cup of hot milk with swimming pieces of chocolate powder. There are so much more to say.

No good anymore after 2021.
They had best ice coffee before.
I have been order ice coffee here for 3 years. It called " starbucks double shot on ice" now is rename" Espresso shakes".
It is watery. Always put too much cream. They don't know what is that mean" a splash of cream". Pull a lots cream and ruin the coffee I ordered. It happened many times already.
Also Espresso taste so bad.
They seems use old coffee bean.
Nothing is so frustrating than this if you only have one cup of ice coffee chance in a day. And they just cannot do the right.

Yesterday I ordered my favorite as usual in another starbuck store in desert area. They make just exactly right what I wanted.

They were out of Matcha powder AGAIN. They were out of the berries for the refreshers AGAIN. The cashier was really nice though.

Great stop just before the 210 freeway coming down from Lake Arrowhead. Gotta have half passion fruit tea and half lemonade with 4 pumps sweetener.oh yea babe, oh yea.

Staff is always friendly and drinks are made as ordered. While this is the starbucks on my route to work it is also the ONLY starbucks in the area. There are almost always about 6 - 7 cars in the drive thru. When I have an extra 15-20 mins I will wait other wise I will go to the Carl's Jr across the street for an iced coffee.

Service is great, actual drive thru line /parking lot is horrible. People don't pay attention and I've almost been hit twice while waiting in line.

Always jam packed.good luck making a quick coffee stop.their drive thru is designed terribly. Creates an unnecessary traffic jam

When they are open they are great, but more than once at month they open after 6: 00 am or 6: 30 am. Hope they get better keeping up their business hour or update them all together.
