Starbucks, Victorville CA

Went through the drive thru and was disappointed when I ordered my holiday drink: (didn't even bother putting whip cream or the topping it's supposed to have didn't notice till I drove off, all other Starbucks do it automatically like the hell.

If you are thinking of coming to order a special drink don't do it on this Starbucks. They seem to follow policy and they do not make special drinks that are not on their menu. It's the only Starbucks who follows policy never again coming here. All the other Starbucks make the drinks how you like and add or take off anything you like on any cup.

I has been a while since I've been to this Starbucks. This is where I first met my friends from High Desert Blog Network. Most members have moved away and I wanted to go back down memory lane. Barista was super friendly. I will have to come back to this location more often. Great service and great drink.

Friendly staff, clean, great service. No outlets for laptops which messed me up for a meeting I needed to be in. Don’t come here with expectations of power outlet.

I really like this Starbucks. The night crew is pretty cool, really nice, & they get the orders out fast. The design of the building is real neat too

All the neighboring Star Bucks were giving out free coffee to Veterans except the one in Adelanto. I guess they don't appreciate veterans.or are just very money hungry

Food was hot and well made our drinks were also perfectly made. Only problem the service rep tried to give me rolled coins as my change from a $100 bill

I Really like this location, very clean and seems to be very fast with their orders. I have sat inside and worked from my laptop and it was a calm and
pleasant

I suggest this location for professionals that need to jump on their tablets or laptops.

Do not come here you will not get customer service their bathrooms have no toilet paper and hair all over them not one of their customer service Representatives cares enough to take care of their own bathrooms with hair all over it and no toilet paper not even in the handicap stalls go somewhere else and Ashby and all the rest of the associates have no idea what they're doing behind the counter cuz that store is nasty gross

I want to say that I'm sincerely disappointed, the pumpkin cream cold brew here tastes like dishwater with a dash of coffee, I have gotten it at other Starbucks and it has been delicious, but I have come here more than once only to be bitterly disappointed, emphasis on bitterly. If I'm lucky I might get a taste of pumpkin somewhere in between all that once or twice in between sips, I can say the scones are delicious and the cashiers always nice, I dont normally do reviews but this was the last straw. Good Day.

Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged while being the only one in line. Seems to me that the drive-thru is their priority. They don't like to make the drinks the way you ask if you would like to add something. Poor experience here at this location

The staff was very nice and the store was clean. Not as crowded as I though it would be which is always a plus. They greeted me fairly quickly and got my order correct.

Love Love Love the people at this location. I pass 2 other Starbucks to go to this one. They get your order right.they remember you.great experience.

Middle of rate because they are mistaken or not attention makes the mocha and taste like caramel since we ordered mocha only and not caramel.

My daughter needed a coffee. I already drank mine at home, so I had the lemonade with berries. It was amazing! I know the prices are normal to a lot of people but I love my home brewed black coffee! I could almost buy a can of coffee for what my daughter spent! But I know a lot of people really like it.

I went to this the Starbucks this morning and I literally pulled over just to say how amazing the staff was they were so friendly they got a huge line of cars out in under 10 minutes Everyone working this morning is definitely an all star! You all deserve a raise. Great job!
